Construction of Culvert in place of narrow culvert And PC Work on Village Yakutganj via Nawabganj Chowki to Bada village Kotra Nagla Khimai to Pratappur up Km 5(400), 6, 7(900)

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structures comprising of brick masonry, including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lift and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202.

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202.

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material.

Sand Filling in uder foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. Clause No 1207

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal Mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size machanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.

Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in 1:1½:3 complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.(M-25) Foundation

Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in 1: 1½:3 in Substracture in bed block etc complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.

Providing and laying Cement concrete wearing coat M-30 grade including reinforcement complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications

Supplying, fitting and placing MS Bar reinforcement in Foundation Complete as per drawing and Technical Specification clauses 1000 and 1202

Backfilling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings & technical specification clause 710.1.4 of IRC-78 & 2200

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm)

SUPPLY OF 900 mm Pipe RCC HUME PIPE NP-4 (SOCKET HUME PIPE)

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts upto 1.5 m transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-1 & 300-2 with lead upto 1000 mrt as per techincal spacification clause 303.5

Brick soling with straight overburnt bricks laid on edge including preparation of subgrade to required camber and including supply of bricks, filling joints with local earth spreading a blind coat of 1cm(3/8") depth of local earth P.I. 5 to 7 or sand over the entire surface and including labours, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads up to 1 .00 km, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 40

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Clause 405(4.8.3)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per Technical Clause 405(4.8.3)

Brick edging on both side of the road of M-150 bricks 8cm. (3") wide and 12cm (4½") deep laid with mud mortar including all labour and supply of brick finished to required template & ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with SS2 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 to 1.00 kg/sqm using mechanical means

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on Primed/Granular surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type-C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.

Providing, laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bitumenious surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510.
