White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt dust mortor drops and other foreign matter.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matters.

Removal of slips in all kinds of soil ( including saturated soil but excluding boulders & rocky protion requiring belasting up to a distance of 20mtrs. disposing unserviceable material and neatly dressing the surface.with in all leads and lifts as direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Excavation in foundations , trenches etc., in earth work , lift up to 1.50 metres. Stacking the eacavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm. (fifteen centimetres) layers , when required in to plinth and sides of foundations etc., conslolidating each of the disposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing off all excavated soil as directed with in the load of 20 mtrs. Pick and Jumper work etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Excavation in earth work in all kind of soil stacking excavated soil in the plinth sides of foundation and then disposing of all surplus soil in all leads & lifts as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement: 6sand: 12graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work in :- a) Foundation and plinth./walls

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4sand:8graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work in :- a) Foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:11/2 :3 ( 1cement: 1 1/2 sand: 3graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size )and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement in:-

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick so as to give fair finish I/c centering shuttering propping etc. height of propping below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mt. Height & removal of same in situ reinforce ment concrete and plain concrete work in :-

Vertical surface such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor roofs landing & like floor etc.,upto 200mm thickness.

Providing mild steel/tor steel reinforcement I/c bending binding and placing in position complete

Dry brick /boulder filling round soak pit 2nd class with in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing vitreous China wash down water closet (European type. W.C. Pan) with integral 'P' or 'S' trap including jointing the trap with soil pipe in cement mortar 1:1 (1Cement : 1 Sand) (Seat and cover to be measured and paid for separately) Ordinary type.

Providing and fixing PTMT Coloured / white high density polyethlylene / poly propylene 10 liters cap. full flush European standard control low level flushing Cistern with fitting and within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engin

P/F C.P. Soap dish with C.P. brass brackets fixed to wooden cleats With C.P. brass screws with in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

P/F C.P. Brass Bib tap with capstan head(15mm dia) with in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

P/F C.P. Angle cock 15mm dia within all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge,
