Clearing grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery of the area as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation by mechanical means to proper profile in all kinds soil with all leads and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed to proper slope and level and making it fit for laying concrete including depositing the excavated materials clear of work site within all leads and lifts etc. including dewatering from foundation if required etc. with supply of all labour and T&P. required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Filling the foundation and plinth with sand with watering and ramming to the required condition including all cost, conveyance, royality and other taxes of all materials and including supplying of all labour and T&P required for the item etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Cement Concrete M15 grade on approved surface , shape and size using 20mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite chips aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious materials, using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves including hire charges of concrete mixer and vibrator with cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials, with all cost of tools and plant, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour and supervision charges including mobilisation & demobilisation of machineries, all incidental charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with excaveted earth materials morrum including watering and ramming as directed by the Engineer in charge of earth work

Providing Cement Concrete M20 grade for RCC works on approved surface, shape and size using 20mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite chips aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious material, using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves including hire charges of concrete mixer and vibrator with cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials, ( excluding cost, carriage of M.S. rod and labour for cutting, bending, binding and fixing of M.S. rod) with all cost of tools and plant, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour and supervision charges including mobilisation & demobilisation of machineries, with all incidental charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement as per approved design & specification including cost, conveyance and other taxes (binding wires cost included 18 to 20 gauge) etc. complete in all respect including all leads & lifts from bending yard to placement spot with supplying of labour and T&P and labour cess required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and removing rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for all C.C. and R.C.C. works including false work and dismentalling the same after casting and proper curing including cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials required for the work with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer in charge. (For Foundation and Plinth)

Earth work in oridinary soil within 50m, initial lead and 1.5m, initial lift including rought dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(measurement will be taken on the finished approved level section)
