| 1.03 | (i) Restrained Spring Isolators Vibration Isolator Of Approved Make and specifications - Spring elements shall have a lateral stiffness greater than 1.2 times the rated vertical stiffness and shall be designed to provide a minimum of 50% overload capacity. Non-welded spring elements shall be polyester powder coated, and shall have a 1000 hr rating when tested in accordance with ASTM B-117. Springs shall be deflections as per operating load design of equipment.

| - | Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of factory built, floor mounted, site assembled double skin Air Handling units (AHUs) 15000 CFM / 500 TR / 36 KW EuroVent/BIS certified.complete with following specifications.
(a) Standard 40 mm thick panels consisting of pre plasticized painted sheet casing of thickness 0.8mm outside layer and 0.8 mm inside layer with zinc coating and polyurethane foam (PUF) insulation having density of 40kg/cum factory injected between them by injection moulding machine, view windows, marine Lamp, limit switch, electrically interlocked fan section with hinged access door, fire retardant flexible joints for outlets of the units. Drain connection with stainless steel drain pan duly insulated and necessary vibration isolation arrangement to avoid any vibration etc complete all as specified and directed.

| 2.01 | (c) Fan section complete with DIDW Centrifugal fan with backward curved impeller selected for an outlet velocity of less than or equal to 8 M/s and Noise level shall be below 65 dB A levels at distance of 1.5 mtr from AHU. (Fan velocity shall not exceed 8.5 m/s) Fan outlet velocity 1600 FPM (Applicable for DIDW Belt driven Fans)
(d) TEFC motors (IE3 efficiency) suitable for 415 ± 10% volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase AC supply.
(e) Chilled water cooling coil with aluminium blue finned copper tubes (tube thickness not less than 0.5mm), The face velocity across cooling coil shall be limited to 450 FPM max.The scope shall include Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of sutiable size electronic, self balancing Heater to be considered for maintain the humidity of 55 +/- 5%. Heater control should be added in the AHU panel. AHU should have Cooling 6/8 row deep including suitable size PVC drain pipe with 13mm thick insulation to nearest connection and laid on and including perforated /ladder type tray.
f) Supply air stream shall have MERV 13 Filter section or equivalent, having pre (EU4, more than 90% efficiency for 10 Microns) and fine (Bag filter EU7 3 Microns). | - | - | - | - |
| 2.02 | (g) Unit shall be complete with opposed blade aluminium volume control dampers at Supply, Return & Fresh Air opening in AHU.
(h) Control Panel should be with AHU with VFD and bypass option including Heater and UVGI control in the same panel.
(j) UVGI lamps( UL certified) - (Each AHU will have combination of 2 feet long UVGI lamps, each lamp shall cover effectively 4sqft of area ) in coil section of AHU. The scope shall include electrical wiring and electrical isolator for following capacities. The purpose of these UVGI lamps emitters is to improve indoor air quality (IAQ) by eliminating mould, bacteria and other contaminants in down stream section.
Note: Fresh air changes shall be as per new NABH norms
(k) AHU's shall be mounted on P.C.C 1:2:4 type B1 blocks of required size with neoprene pads in between as per manufacturers instructions

| 3.01 | Separate motor shall be provided in each cell in case of multi cell towers. The fan / fan motor shall be isolated from the cooling tower structure .
