Rough excavation not exceeding 1.50 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Complete removal of BC soil to be ensured.

Removing excavated material exceeding 250 m and not exceeding 1.5km and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point (Soils) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Rolling to formation level in cutting with power roller complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (Note - Prepared subgrade to achieve a saturated K value of 4.0Kg/Sqcm/cm)

M& L for moorum/red bajri filling in pavings laid in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, spread, leveled and consolidated to required gradient and camber including watering and rolling with power roller complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Prepared subgrade to achieve a saturated K value of 4Kg/Sqcm/cm)

M & L for 150mm thick (complacted thickness ) Granular Sub Base (GSB) of Grade V in single layer laid with mechanical paver , rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 tonnes power roller and vibratory roller complete as per MORTH, IRC specification clause-401 including all tools and plants etc complete all as specified and as directed. . . .Note for Serial Item No 4 & 5: The quoted rates shall be deemed to include all testing charges.

M&L for 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Mecadam (WMM) in two layers of 75mm thick , laying, spreading ( with paver finisher only) and compacting base course of graded stone aggregates and granular material conforming to MORT&H specification (Table 400-II) in layers of equal compacted thickness each consolidated, including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug mill), carrying of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in base course on a well prepared sub-base/ base course and compacting with 8 to 10 tonnes power roller and vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per MORT&H specification clause 406 including all material and labour, machinery, lighting, gurading and maintenance og diversion complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 150mm thick Dense Lean Concrete (DLC) layer (with 07 days compressive strength of 07MPa) over wet mixed macadam including rolling and consolidation with mechanical paver complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for 10mm thick layer of course sand, laid over DLC including rolling and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for 400 micron HDPE sheet laid over coarse sand layer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 150mm thick Pavement Quality Cement concrete (PQC) of flexural strength of 45 Kg/Sqcm in field condition as per IS 456-2000, with non circular synthetic fibre @0.25% by weight of cement and finishing surface of concrete pavement by brooming, complete all as specified and as directed. (The rate is inclusive of necessary form work as specified). The concrete will be laid using mechanical (Slip form) paver with sensor, surface vibrators, vibrating screed and needle vibrators.

M & L for boulder pitching laid dry, hand packed tightly and pitching is grouted with cement and sand mortar 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

M & L for forming 20mm thick expansion joint to full depth of PQC slab and filled with 20mm thick pre-moulded compressible polythelene closed cell medium density cross linked polymeric material back up rod of 25mm dia over filler board, priming top 12mm with approved primer and filling with polyurethene based sealent, applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accedental spillage of sealent and removing the masking tape after filling of sealent all as per the direction of manufacturer, all as specified and as directed.

M & L for forming construction joint 10mm wide and 25mm deep (using dimond cutter) in PQC slab and applying closed cell medium density cross linked polymeric material back up rod of 12mm dia, priming top 10mm with approved primer and filling with polyurethene based sealent, applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accedental spillage of sealent and removing the masking tape after filling of sealent all as per the direction of manufacturer, all as specified and as directed.

M & L for forming dummy/contraction joint with initial saw cut 3mm blade (using dimond cutter, soon after concrete sets) for depth of 65mm, widening the first saw cut to 10mm wide and 25mm deep (using dimond cutter) in PQC slab and applying closed cell medium density cross linked polymeric material back up rod of 12mm dia, priming top 10mm with approved primer and filling with polyurethene based sealent, applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accedental spillage of sealent and removing the masking tape after filling of sealent all as per the direction of manufacturer, all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new concrete top surface and painting lines, , dashes, letters, arrows etc of any width or girth on road pavement and like with 2.0mm thick thermoplastic Road marking paint white or golden yellow with glass reflactorised beads applied mechanically with thermoplastic applicator machines all as per manufacturer instructions and traffic diversion arrangement, if required complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 2mm thick anti-static synthetic homogeneous floor covering all as specified and as directed.
