With ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws (35mm thick)

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead.

12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing & fixing glazed shutters for doors , windows and clerestory windows using 10 Kg / Sqm. (4 mm thick) float glass panes , incl. ISI marked M.S pressed butt hinges bright finished off required size with necessary screws 35 mm thick of second class Deodar wood.

Providing and fixing wire gauze shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauze of average width for aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia. 0.63 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : Second class deodar wood 35 mm.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work

Renewing glass panes, with wooden fillets wherever necessary : Float glass panes of thickness 5.0 mm (weight not less than 12.5 kg/sqm)

Carriage of material by mechanical transportation. Sand average lead 20 by MT .
