Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator / manual means) till 2 feet for for grouting of 10” X 10” base plate including disposal of excavated earth and earth to be levelled and neatly dressed i/c Flooring with Cement and concrete etc.
Supply, Fabrication & Fixing of 150 X 150 mm MS square pipe for columns, base plates 10” X 10”x12 mm thickness as per site requirement for making base support for 27mtr X 5mtr x 10 feet(height)shed and grouting of the column pipe upto 1.5-2 feet deep inside the earth and jamming of 10” X 10” base plate using fasteners and filling up the concrete.
Supply, Fabrication & Fixing of 50mm X 50 mm MS square pipe for truss work, base plates 10” X 10” as per site requirement for making shed of 27mtr X 5mtr and Fabrication of complete shed on site using welding of the 150 x 150 mm MS square pipe for columns and 50mm X 50 mm MS square pipe for truss work.The tin shed should be given a taper for proper flowing of water.
Supply, Fabrication & Fixing of 50mm X 50mm MS Square Pipe for fabrication and welding of ladder at site up to the height of shed for maintenance of shed and maintenance of trees.
Supply and making of concrete foundation block for column pipe in ratio 1:2:4 as per site requirement.
Supply and fixing of metro sheet of 0.5mm thickness along with fasteners , washers with the help of rivet as per site requirement The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws with washers, seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces including filling of silicon for water proofing.
Painting of thecomplete structureusing quality primer one coat including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.
Painting with good quality enamel paint including smoothening surface by sand papering etc with Two coats for long lasting life. (with any colour shade as per engineer-in-charge )
Supplying and fixing of the names plates of different designation under the car parking shed.
Electrification of the shed with by supplying of four 20W LED tube light with 16 A single pole MCB i/c Box along with wiring as per site requirement.
