Overhauling & servicing of window /Split type Air Conditioners up to 2.0 Ton capacity of any make and carry out of following tasks at different location of different establishment including taking down the AC (if required) from existing location , refixing / commissioning and testing the same after overhauling complete including the following :- (a) Inspection taking down, opening (dismantling) ,washing the condensor and cooling coil complete with water by fixing indoor pvc jacket as required and cleaning with air blower and testing complete (b) Checking / examine operation of condensor, blower motor, cooling coil and checking the air circulation to ensure complete movement of working part trouble free (c) Inspecting all electrical connection and remove if any defects (d) Top up Refrigerent gas if required. Note: (i) Replacement of new parts/worn out parts in lieu of unserviceable/burn out part shall be measured and paid separately as supply only items of sch A. (ii) Contractor will record the date of last servicing and topping of Gas after leakage cheak and the same to be put on AC as sticker/Card signed by user/concerned section incharge and contractor. (iii) New spare/ parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item here-in-after if required as supply only rates. Fixing charges for spare/ parts shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. Old replaced unserviceable material shall be shown to Engr-in-Charge and measured under schedule of credit.

S&F Sheet metal enclosure in/on wall with socket plug top and MCB single pole neutral enclsoure with 2 pin + earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB of 32 amps 230 volts of repturing capacity of 10 KA and making good the disturbed surface with existing colour matching,complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing the burnt/defective sealed compressor unit any type of any existing make from Air Conditioner window type up to 1.5/2.0 ton capacity by cutting of suction and discharge lines unscrewing the foundation nuts & bolts etc, supply and fixing of new sealed compressor unit of suitable make as existing by connecting suction and discharge lines with filling of refrigerant gas (in quoted rate), welding/brazing work and tightening foundation nuts & bolts including etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) Capillary, drier, copper tubing etc are inclusive in unit rate. (b) New compressors will be purchased from authorised dealer only.

Repair maintenance of Air conditioner Window/Split type upto 1.5 ton to capacity by testing the leakage in system by filling of Nitrogen gas upto suitable pressure and repairing of leakage with brazing work, cleaning and flushing out the complete system, replacing of drier/filter if required, making the complete system leak proof, vacuuming the system and charging Refrigernt gas (R410a/R134a/R-22/R-32) as existing and testing etc complete all as specified & directed. Note :- (a) Drier/filter, capillary and copper tubing are inclusive in unit rate. (b) Contractor should be responsible if leakage of refrigerent gas after repair on completing job and additional gas filling to be done without extra payment within 6 months of service.complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair maintenance Air conditioner Split type 2.0 ton capacity by testing the leakage in system by filling of Nitrogen gas upto suitable pressure and repairing of leakage with brazing work, cleaning and flushing out the complete system, replacing of drier/filter if required, making the complete system leak proof, vacuuming the system and charging Refrigernt gas (R410a/R32/R-22) as existing and testing etc complete all as specified & directed. Note :- (a) Drier/filter, capillary and copper tubing are inclusive in unit rate. (b) Contractor should be responsible if leakage of refrigerent gas after repair on completing job and additional gas filling to be done without extra payment within 6 months of service.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for opening of the automatic voltage stabilizer capacity up to 5 KVA for repair detection of fault and its repair cleaning of serviceable parts, replacement/repair of unserviceable or worn out parts soldering of terminal connection and testing after repair, painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint externally all as specified.complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (a) Replacement of new parts/worn out parts in lieu of unserviceable/burn out part shall be measured and paid separately as supply only rates. (b) Fixing charges for spare/ parts shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates and minor spare are including in quoted rate.

M&L for Shifting and refixing of split type AC (Indoor and Outdoor units) of any make and any type after servicing and charging of gas (R410a/R134a/R-22/R-32) by testing the leakage in system by filling of Nitrogen gas upto 300 PSIG and repairing of leaking spot/joints with gas welding work, cleaning and flushing out the complete system with gas, supply and replacing of drier/filter, making the complete system leak proof, vacuuming the system as existing and testing etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (a) Dismantling and refixing of split AC are including in quoted rate. (b) Drier capillary,copper tubing,refrigernt gas,Insulation, mounting stand and LDPE pipe are inclusive in quoted rate. (c) Making hole and filling the hole on wall with PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (Using 12.5mm graded stone aggregade, 15mm thick rendereing in cement mortar (1:3) good the disturbed surface with existing colour matching are inclusive in quoted rate.

M&L for attending day to day complaints and rectifying faults like decarbonizing connections in the AC Box, , any burning due to over loading in AC and restoring connection of AC with wire or thimbles,attending and rectifying faults related to AC like drain water leakage ,filter cleanig,remote setting etc and related to stabilizers (5 to 8 KVA) incl Sunday & Holidays complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Cgarge. Note :- (i) All T&P required shall be provided by contractor including ladders of any size as per requirement at site. (ii) One Party (consisting 1 No. Ref Mechanic with 1 No. Helper) to report every Day to JE E/M for any complain/specific instruction. (iii) Minor items like machine screw, plastic clamps, insulation tape, nails, flexible pipe, thimbles, lugs for contactor, etc shall deemed to be included in the unit rate. (iv) The major items replaced during repairs shall be measured and paid under respective items of Sch 'A' (v) Recovery for Penalty will be made as follows :- (a) Absent of Ref Mechanic (Per Day) - Rs. 300.00/Day (b) Absent of Helper/Mazdoor (Per Day)- Rs. 250.00/Day. (c) Non-attending Complain (Per Day)- Rs 500.00/Day

S&F mild steel slotted cable tray of size 300mm x 50mm x 1.6mm for refrigerant piping transmission wiring and drain pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

WATER COOLER. Dismantling of electric connection and water connection of water cooler opening the condensor fan motor blade, electrical accessories and spare parts of system carefully servicing of serviceable parts replacement of unseviseable parts, oiling of fan motor etc reassembling all spare parts incl rewiring of internal connection of water cooler, testing and commissioning complete all as specified. Note:- (i) New spare/ parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item here-in-after if required as supply only rates. (ii) Fixing charges for spare/ parts shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Supply only the following items for water cooler :-

Removing burnt/defective sealed compressor unit of any existing make from water cooler capacity 40 Ltrs/hr by cutting of suction and discharge lines and unscrewing the foundation nuts & bolts etc, supply and fixing new sealed compressor unit by tightening the foundation nuts and bolts and connecting suction and dischrage line with gas welding work including supply and filling of refrigerent gas R-22 or as per existing at site in suitable quantity as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 71 above but of water cooler of capacity 60 Ltrs/hr,complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (For item No 71 to 72) :- (i) Cost of transportation from store to factory and back shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (ii) GI fitting damaged while taking out/fixing back water coolers shall be replaced by the contractor at his own cost. (iii) All new compressor shall be purchased from authorised dealer only. (iv) Capillary, drier, filter strainer are inclusive in unit rate.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of Rubber hose pipe of 20 mm bore with clips for outlet tray of water cooler approximately 1.5 Mtr long complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of PVC sheet rubber bedding and lock of top cover of water cooler by screwing/welding MS sheet of top cover complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for making the system leak proof and charging of gas R-22 / R-134a or existing at site as required in water cooler of any capacity including replacement of drier and capillary tube and testing on load complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Contractor should be responsible if leakage of refrigerent gas after repair on completing job and additional gas filling to be done without extra payment within 6 months of service.

M&L for scraping old painted surface of water cooler any capacity and painting with two coats of synthetic enameled paint including writing SM/MES No. with black paint with minimum 25 mm size of letters as directed.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of condenser fan motor of SP, 230V, cap 1/35 HP with fan blade complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replacement of 15mm bore Push cock/lift cock brass chromium plated.complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replacement of flexible PVC pipe 20mm/25mm/32mm as per requirement for the drainage of waste water of water coolers complete all as specified and as directed.

Detection and rectification of leakage of storage tank of water cooler by brazing soldering/welding as required at site or at work shop testing for leak proof complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (a) Nipple adaptor if required deemed to be included in unit rate. (b) Push cock, float valve etc if required will be measured and paid separately. (c) Changing of rubber/plastic packing is incl in unit rate.

Taking out the drain tray with PVC pipe of water cooler, electroplating (chromium plating) of drain tray after repair by denting/painting and including replacement with new PVC pipe of suitable size and length and refixing back, complete all as specified and as directed.

RO On-site Repair / Maintenance and Servicing of RO/Filtration plants by dismantling, checking all parts i.e. Pre-filter, granular activated carbon block filter, membrane, UV disinfection / filtration system, adaptor, pressure pump set, main pump motor, solenoid valve, flow controller, all gauges, filling of anti-scalent liquid, checking functioning of all type meters, electric wiring, switches, valves and replacement of old unserviceable parts, checking of leakages of any part of plants and pipe line by new parts and pipe line including re-assembling the same as original and reinstalling at same place including re-connecting with the existing water supply system and testing at full capacity discharge of filtered water complete all as specified and as directed of the following description :- Notes:- 1. Spare parts required for replacement of the defective parts to make the RO/Filtration Plant fully functional shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this Schedule as 'Supply only. 2. The Contractor will ensure that all RO/Filtration plants are functional throughout the contract period by detailing his technical team once in each quarter though out the contract period for servicing and maintenance. 3. In the eventually of any RO/Filtration plants not working after the last service and before the next service, the contractor will attend the complaint within 72 hours of intimation of the complaint through SMS / e-mail / WhatsApp message from JE (E/M) /Engr-in-charge. The Visit charge due to any such complaint shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates against Serial item No 01 and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. 4. In case the Contractor fails to attend the complaint and does not make the plant serviceable within stipulated time frame of 72 hours, a Panel Recovery of `500.00 per day per plant will be deducted for each day of delay.

Repair / Maintenance of Feeding Pump of 0.37 KW / 0.5 HP installed in RO plant at various locations by disconnecting of RO plant carefully for repair, rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable size, greasing, change of capacitor, bearing etc and reassembling of pump at its original position, complete all as specified and directed.

Repair / Maintenance of Pressure Pump of 0.75 to 1.0 HP installed in RO plant at various location by disconnecting of RO/filtration plant carefully for repair, rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable size, greasing, change of capacitor, bearing etc and reassembling of pump at its original position, complete all as specified and directed.

REFRIGERATORS:- Repair maint of refrigerator of any capacity, cleaning of indoor panel, servicing of serviceable parts, replacement of worn out parts, testing for smooth functioning of refrigerator complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) New spare/ parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item here-in-after if required as supply only rates. (ii) Fixing charges for spare/ parts shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

M&L for detection of leakage in refregeration of capacity 260L/310L and repairing thoroughly to ensure the complete system leak proof and charging of refrigerant gas as per existing on site with appropriate quality incl necessary brazing, welding, testing and commissioning complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Replacement of Capillary, drier and copper tubing/filter strainer are inclusive in unit rate. (ii) Contractor should be responsible if leakage of refrigerent gas after repair on completing job and additional gas filling to be done without extra payment within 6 months of service.

Dismantling of unserviceable sealed compressor unit from refrigerator and replacing with new compressor as existing capacity and charging of refrigerant gas of appropriate qty and testing for smooth functioning complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) New compressor will be purchased from authorised dealer only. (b) Capillary, drier and additional copper tubing are included in unit rate. (c) Old compressor either cut open or sealed to be replaced with new one.
