Bhopal division:- Provision of 25 KVA AT (04 Nos.) Power supply for running rooms at Bina, Guna, Shivpuri and Biyavra Rajgarh and Provision of 50 KVA AT (01 Nos.) Power supply for running room at Itarsi (for 12 bungalow running room Itarsi + Guard running room Itarsi, except 18 bungalow Running Room Itarsi)(Electrical TRD work)

The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or 'V' whichever is less; where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees & N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of the previous year is yet to be prepared/ audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourth previous year shall be considered for calculating average annual contractual turnover. The tenderers shall submit requisite information as per Annexure-VIB, along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant/Certificate from Chartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet.

The tenderer must have successfully completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during last 07 (seven) years, ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, or (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, or (iii) One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender.

Similar Nature of work: - Tenderer should have satisfactorily completed work of "Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of new construction or modification /replacement / augmentation of Traction Substation/Switching Station involving 25/33/66/110/132/220 kV or above with switchgear equipment control and protection equipment or power factor correction equipment or erection and commissioning of traction transformer of 12.5 MVA capacity or higher, for Indian Railway System/ Metro System/Suburban transit system/High Speed Railways/DFCCIL/Railway PSUs/PSUs/Government Agencies". Completion certificate for similar nature of work issued by Executive Officer shall be applicable only.

The power of attorney in the name of person authorized to all correspondence related to work along with resolution passed by the board of Director, affidavit stating the tenderer is the sole proprietor of the said firm in case of proprietary firm. Copy of POA may be attached.

Tenderers are requested to submit attested Xerox copy of PAN card along with the offer .

Tenderers are requested to submit Bank details. i.e. Bank account No., Name & address of Bank and IFSC code No., along with the offer.

The unit prices are inclusive of all taxes including GST. The supplier of goods and /or services (Tenderer ) would be subject to GST Act and rules as applicable from time to time.

As per Railway Board letter No. 2017/CE-I/CT/4 dtd. 23.06.2017: Tenderer will examine the various provisions of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act 2017(CGST)/Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act 2017(IGST/respective state's Goods and Services Tax Act 2017(SGST)also, as notified by Central/State Govt. & as amended from time to time and applicable before bidding. Tenderer will ensure that full benefit of input tax credit (ITC) likely to be available by them duly considered while quoting rates.

Copy of GSTIN registered under CGST/IGST/UTGST/SGST Act, shall submit along with the offer, other details required under CGST/IGST/UTGST/SGST Act to railway immediately after the award of contract

Copy of P.F. Code, Challan and balance sheet No. for engaged employees for contract works ( Employees Provident and Miscellanies Provision Act-1952)

I / We have read / gone through Conditions regarding inclusion of "Letter of Credit" as mode of payment attached as "Annexure LC". As per Rly Bd Letter No. 2018/CE-I/CT/9 date 04.06.2018, special condition of LC has been applied for having advertised value is equal to or greater than Rs.10 Lacs.The contractor shall have the option to take payment from Railways through a letter of credit (LC) arrangement.

The above option of taking payment through LC arrangement, once exercised by tenderer at the time of bidding, shall be final and no change shall be permitted, thereafter, during execution of contract.

An undertaking that the Company is not blacklisted or debarred by Railways or any other Ministry / Department of Govt. of India from participation in tender on the date of opening of bids, either in individual capacity or as a member of the partnership firm or JV in which the Company was / is a partner/member. Concealment / wrong information in regard to above shall make the contract liable for determination under Clause 62 of the General Conditions of Contract.

INSTRUCTIONS TO TENDERERS:

The tenderer shall thoroughly go through the entire tender documents and strictly adhere the instructions and directions given at different pages.

Latest GCC ( General condition of contract, issued from Railway Board) , its latest correction slips and all terms and conditions in the tender documents are binding on the Tenderers.

Railways reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders and to award the work in whole or in part without assigning the reason for any such action.

The Tenderers are advised to visit the site of work in their own interest and acquaint themselves with the site conditions and expected quantum of work and assess all the site specific difficulties to be experienced while executing the same and the rate shall be arrived duly considering all the facts above and quoted in the tender. Any representation at a later date specifying the site difficulties shall not be considered.

The tenderer shall upload scanned copies of mandatory credential such as Experience, Turn over certificates and any other documents as applicable, all documents related to Partnership Deed/Joint Venture/Consortium/ MOU, should be up loaded at the time of submission of bid.

Opening of e-tender online:- The e-tenders will be opened online using the IREPS portal. No representative is required to be present for opening of tender and taking notes of rates quoted and ranking as the complete details of rates etc. of all the bidders shall be available to the bidders in the website after the opening of the tender.

In case the date of closing mentioned in the Notice Inviting Tender is declared a holiday/bandh/strike etc. on any account, the date of closing tender online will not be changed as the application in the website of IREPS does not permit submission of any offer after closing date and time of the tender. However, opening of tenders online will be on the next working day after the closing date/time of tenders.
