Providing and laying of 500mm (20") i/d MS pipe made out of 8mm thick MS plate/ coil including cost of cutting, welding, jointing, inside & outside two coats of epoxy paint, field jointing & carriage shop to site of work etc. complete in all respects to entire satisfaction of EIC. (NSI)

Providing and laying of 500mm (20") i/d MS Bend 60 to 90 degree 1.30 mtr. long/as per site made out of 8mm thick MS plate/coil including cost of cutting, welding, jointing, inside & outside two coats of epoxy paint, field jointing & carriage shop to site of work etc. complete in all respects to entire satisfaction of EIC. Supplying and fixing of MS slip on flange made out of 20 mm thick MS plate i/c cutting, welding, nut bolts & rubber sheet complete in all respects for 20" i/d MS pipe line. (NSI)

Providing and fixing of CI fitting i/c cost of pig lead, hamp yarn complete in all respects. (NSI) C.I. Collar 20” i/d (2 Nos x159 kg)

C.I. tail piece 20” i/d F/P (2 Nos@ 173 kg)

Making the connection of newly laid M.S. pipe 20" dia with existing C.I. pipe line in proper alignment complete in all respects. (NSI)

Construction of RCC Thrust Blocks: 4 No. Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) (As per DSR I. No. 4.1.8)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (As per DSR I. No. 5.1.2)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more (As per DSR I. No. 5.22.6)
