Dismantling & Taking down unserviceable street llight fittings of any type from poles/bldgs/structure diconnect cable connection or OH lines and dismantling from brackets for repair and replacement of burnt/worn out accessories where required, replacement of old unserviciable street light fitting with new fitting etc as required to make the light fitting functional (vehicle,ladder,tools & plants as required at site for repair/repalcement of light fitting functional shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost & arrangement all as directed by Engineer-in Charge including refixing in the same position. (Note: (i) Spares required will be paid and measured separately (ii) contractor will deposit new material to Engr -in-charge for accepetance & then material will issued by JE E/M based on assesement of complaints.

All as per item No 1 in above but without taking down the light fitting from its position & tightening the fitting rigidly in postion after necessary repair/replacement of spares parts all as specified & directed by Engineer-in Charge (Note: (i) Spares required will be paid and measured separately).

Taking down/Dismantling of post top lantern fitting of LED lamp fittilng of capacity retro CFL light fitting of any type from Gates/GI poles etc. for repair and replacemnt of burnt/worn out accessories for carrying out of repair or removing from site all as directed.

Supply and fix for post top lantern fittings of capacity 25W LED light fitting make Havells or equivalent of Crompton/Philips/Bajaj.

M&L for street lilght bracket made out of GI tubing medium grade upto 1.5 mtr long 32mm dia including bending welding as required and making holes lncluding provision of flat iron clamps of flat size 50x6mm (02 Nos) wilth nut bolts and washers suitable for fixing on steel tubular poles/PCC poles including removal of old unserviceable brackets all as directed

Supply and fixing thermo plastic cable terminal box of size 167x125x82mm including terminals with locking arrangments including necessary mounting arrangement of any steel tubular /RCC poles with suitable size of clamps nuts bolts washer etc. fixed with poles including one single pole MCB of capacity 6-32A and PVC connector for cable termination Make HENSAL including removal of old unserviceable plastic cable terminal box all as directed all as directed

Supply and fixing of 1.5 sqmm cable with aluminum conductor of whether proof flat twin core cable for street light including taking up old UNSV cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated heavy duty electric cable wilth aluminium conductor multistranded 1100 volt grade of size 6 sqmm 2 core including taking out old unserviceable cable.

All as per item No 8 above but 10 sqmm 2 core

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for taking out/for laying underground cables/poles etc. and getting out any type soil all as directed

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm

Removing excavated soil into distance n exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as directed

Supply and spreading fine river sand in trenches for cushioning of underground cable all as directed by Engr in Charge at site Note : only punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose all as directed

Supply and lay fly ash bricks for cable preotection old size bricks

Supply & fix GI pipe light grade 40mm bore laid in trench or fixed on pole/wall with fixing arrangement or cable protection or fixing post top lamp etc including taking up old UNSV GI pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. all as directed .

Supply and fix LED street light in aluminium PDC housing toughned front glass cover with IP 66 protection of capacity 45 W of make: havells or its equivalent Make philips/Bajaj/Crompton/surya.

Supply and fix LED flood light with die cast aluminium housing toughned front glass cover with IP 66 protection of capacity 70 W of make: Havells or its equivalent Make philips/Bajaj/Crompton/Surya.

Supply and fix LED flood light with die cast aluminium housing toughned front glass cover with IP 65 protection of capacity 120 W of make: havells or its equivalent Make Crompton,/philips/Crompton/Surya.

M&L for preparation surface of old painted pole and painting with one coat of aluminium paint on MS swaged pole including pole numbering to be written with white paint on 5" dia black back ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge

Supply and fix astronomical/digital timer switch 110-240V C/O 2 mode including all necessary electrical connection in LT PANEL including taking down U/S timer switch all as specified and directed by Engr in charge Model cat No TDA43110 of make indoasian or equivalent

Cross arms bracing supports clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts bolts washers welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape and size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat as under coat and one finishing coat of paint including dismantling cross arms of MS channel or angle sections etc complete all as directed

Supply and fix driver of LED fitting of existing make including taking down U/S driver of capacity 45 W watt complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Supply and fix driver of LED fitting of existing make including taking down U/S driver of capacity 70 W watt complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Supply and fix driver of LED fitting of existing make including taking down U/S driver of capacity 100 W watt complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Supply and fix driver of LED fitting of existing make including taking down U/S driver of capacity 25 W watt complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Supply & fix timelite distribution board of capacity 32A, 3 pole with digital time switch with necessary mounting arrangement including taking down U/S panel complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge of E790indoasian or equivalent of Havells,L&T etc

S & F 3 pole MCB of capacity 40 A with breaking capacity of 10KA including taking down U/S MCB complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge of make: Indoasian,Havells & L&T.

S & F triple pole contactor of capacity 40A of coil voltage of 24V AC including taking down U/S contactor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge of make: Indoasian,Havells & L&T

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level) connected to galvanized iron earth lead wire 4mm dia, (main earthing lead ) by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate no 5 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) with connected to earth test point & to main switch board with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt alround earth plate & 15 mm dia GI pipe light grade for earth lead protection pipe for suitable length and GI pipe 20 mm dia light grade for watering pipe with funnel & wire mesh including necessary earth work and PCC (1: 3 : 6) type C-1 for earth pit and 40 mm thick pre-cast RCC cover in 1 : 2 : 4 type B1 with 3 Nos 8 mm dia TMT bars both ways complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing rigid steel conduit of size 20 mm dia on poles for cable protection.
