Upgradation of Street lighting on Dharampur Road from House No. 459-C towards Rain Shelter Dagshai Cantt

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in deep gett1ng out in hard/dense soil for stay assembly/laying of cable/erection of poles etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning, filing in including spreading, levelling. watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Removing of excavated material n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point compete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L PCC Type C-2 1:3:6 using 40 mm grade stone agregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete for erection of poles in a pit of size 60cmX60cm X140cm.

M&L PCC Type B-1 1:2:4 using 20 mm grade stone agregate as in copping to be done around the steel tubular pole upto the height of 45 cm from the ground level and 45 cm in dia complete all as specified and driected by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for fixing or passing through pipe, laid in trenches or fixed to pole/wall or fixed to LT panel board 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with XLPE insulated stranded aluminum conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape, armoured with aalvan1sed steel Wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 10.0 Sqmm x 4 core with required aluminum cable lugs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

S&F GI tubing light grade 50mm bore, ISI marked, for cable protection at road crossing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant compete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete al as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

M&L for Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-22 (8.50 metres long) including two coats of aluminum paint /black paint over coat of red oxide and pole wraped with bar-bd wire upto height of 03 mtr complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M& L for sub main wiring with 2 x 2.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area (two single core cable of 2.5 Sqmm for Phase and neutral + 01 single core cable of 2.5 Sqmm for earth wire), 1100 Volts grade, stranded PVC insulated, unsheathed, copper conductor cable with and including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, PVC insulated, copper conductor cable drawing into and including steel conduit of 25 mm dia medium grade with all conduit accessories /fittings, brass screws, washers etc and connected to common earth in the junction box and making connections upto street light fittings completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M& L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60x60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2 .25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, checknuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge. Note - The units rate includes the cost of excavation & earth work in any type of soil, charcoal & salt in alternate layers, 20mm GI pipe (light grade) for watering & 40mm GI protection pipe (medium grade) funnel wire mesh PCC chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 cast iron frame and 40mm thick RCC cover for pit etc & no extra payment will be made.

S &F Security light Bracket made out of galvanized steel light grade pipe of 40mm dia 15 mtr long bend to an angle of 120 degree with 02 Nos mild steel clamp 50mm x 50mm and 04 sets of nuts, bolts and washers painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

S&F Street light junction box of size 200mm x 140mm x 95mm outdoor type, weather proof, factory made out of PVC sheet 1.8 mm thick with front side hinged opening having locking arrangement with nuts & bolts & arrangement for incoming and outgoing cable/wire complete comprising with the followings i- (a) Bus bar with two aluminum strips 63 Amps capacity insulated with insulators, with colour coding, incl PVC cable of suitable size from bus bar to MCB (b) MCB SPN 5 to 30 Amps - 01 No (c) Clamps made out of 25mmx 3mm flat iron duly welded with nuts & bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge
