Attending day to day external water supply complaints of all nature i.e. leakage in water supply pipe lines, fittings/fixtures, over flow of overhead tank, no water supply including noting the complaints in complaint register complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Material required for attending complaints shall be measured & paid separately under respectvie items here-in-after.

Labour only for attending of Electric supply compliants of day to day maintenace of existing LT Panels including connecting electrical accessories / spares of water supply installation and electrical fitting & light, short circuits in Pump house complete all as specified and as directed.(Any material required for attending complaints shall be measured & paid separately under respectvie item hereinafter) Note :- Quoted rates include notes

Notes for Srl No. 1& 2 :- The rates quoted by the contractor shall also deemed to be included for the following :- (i) The complaints shall be attended and the defects shall be rectified by a team of experienced Electrician/Plumber as applicable assisted with adequate number of helpers, matriculation passed qualified having minimum 03 years experience . (ii) The complaints shall be attended & defect shall be rectified within 08 hrs commencing from date and time of notifying the complaint failing which a penalty @ Rs 100/- per complaint per day (08 hrs) shall be levied upon/imposed on the contractor and recovery shall be made from his dues. (iii) In case , after checking & attending the defect,if it is not possible to rectify the defect within 08 hrs, the facts shall be brought to the notice of Engineer-in-charge by the contractor/his rep. If Engineer-in- charge is satisfied with contractor's view, no recovery will be made.

(iv) While attending the complaint of water supply/Electric supply if earth work is required then the same shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item of Sch 'A'/BOQ. However no extra payments shall be made for dewatering. (v) Cutting of GI pipe in position and threading is also deemed to be included in the job quoted rates (Fittings and fixtures shall be measured and paid separetely under respective items of Sch A/BOQ). (vi) All T&P required for attending the complaints shall be provided by the contractor without any extra. (vii) The pipe fitter shall always be in possession of die set complete with cutters,Taps, Pipe wrench ,Chain wrench, Caulking tools, complete set of spanners and ladders etc..,as required at site. (viii) Old retrieved material shall be the departmental property and shall be deposited in the MES stroe yard on the same day. (ix) The electrician shall always be in possession of all electrician tools, LT megger, Earth tester, multimeter, crimping tool, insulation tape, hand gloves etc. as required at site. (x) Rate for Taking down/out existing fittings & fixtures and refixing to make it functional shall be taken into account .

Testing of drinking water collected from local source (bore wells /shallow wells) in the area of AGE(U) W/S No.II and submission of detailed test report to the office of Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Carrying out minimum essential testing of water as per IS 10500-2012 mandatory for chemical colour, odour, taste, turbidity, PH value, TDS total hardness, iron, chloride, fluoride and residual free chlorine and Bacteriological total coliform organisms per 100 ml (MPN) and E Coli in 100 ml) with specific recommendation regarding suitability of water for drinking purposes. (ii) Collection of water from different sources of water ie. Sump, bore wells & shallow well in a sterilized bottle and testing in NABL Approved laboratory as mentioned in specification Note :- Rate Quoted shall also deemed to be included for the followings:- (i) Cost of sterilized bottle as required. (ii) To and fro transportation charges for collection of samples from source (sump, bore & shallow wells)

Taking out/down suction pipe 80 mm to 200 mm bore from sump, of any capacity, dismantling of foot valve screwed / flanged type and re-lowering after refixing in position the same duly cleaned / minor repair, if any, required such as replacement of rubber gasket/ lifting bolts & nuts and making thread for the suction pipes off sizes etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement straight through heat shrinkable jointkit suitable for XLPE cable insulated screened PVC bedded armoured electric power cable, heavy duty, 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor , cross sectional area 16 sqmm, 4 core after taking down/out faulty portion as exists complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement straight through heat shrinkable jointkit suitable for XLPE cable insulated screened PVC bedded armoured electric power cable, heavy duty, 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor , cross sectional area 25/35 sqmm, 3.5 core after taking down/out faulty portion as exists complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for mild steel work for manhole cover, stair case steps made of MS angle/ flats/channels etc including cutting out top and bottom to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets including all necessary drilling, bolting or rivetting etc and similar works confirming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preperation after demolition of existing covers,steps etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Pin point the fault by arranging fault locating machine in any size of LT UG cable from any location/position/situation, taking down/out the faulty portion of cable , of any length from trenches, jointing with cable jointing kit & testing for satisfactorily serviceable with & including necessary excavation and earth work ,sand cushioning and making necessary connections to make it functional complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Cable jointing kit shall be measured & paid seperetely. (ii) Old retrieved bricks/cable cover shall be reused. (iii) The rates quoted includes excavation & earth work with sand cushioning.

Taking down/out existing unserviceable exhaust fan upto 450mm sweep with or without louvers, from any location/position, of any make, for repair including replacement of rotor, bearing and winding with suitable size copper wire of existing wt & gauge etc , replacement of minor spare parts such as nuts,bolts & washers , applying two coats of synthetic enamel white paint , making good the disturbed portion to match with the existing surface , refixing at location as directed and making necessary connections with twisted copper flexible wire 23/0.0076mm to make it functional complete all as specified and as directed.
