Providing and applying white cement based putty of average 1 mm of approved band and manufacturer over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth completely.( incl. all lead, lifts and carriages etc. complete).

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approve brand and manufacture to give an even shade . Two or more coats on new work( Only Excel emulsion of Narolic shall be used) ( incl. all lead, lifts and carriages etc. complete).

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture on new work to give an even shade (two or more coats) over and incl. priming coat with cement primer.( incl. all lead, lifts and carriages etc. complete).

Applying one coat of water of water thinable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface ( water thinable cement primer)( incl. all lead, lifts and carriages etc. complete).

Tile work in skirting, risers of steps and dado (upto 2m height) over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortor 1:3(1 cement:3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 Kg/Sqm incl. pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete ( marble tiles polished Raj Nagar) 8 mm thick.( incl. all lead, lifts and carriages etc. complete).

Providing and fixing vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturers) with water absorption less than 0.8% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement motor 1:4( 1 cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete. ( size of tile 60 Cm x 60 Cm)( incl. all lead, lifts and carriages etc. complete).

Providing and fixing of antiskid floor tiles(300x300 mm) 8 mm thick of make NITCO, Rack, KAJARIA or equivalent and of approved shade laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) incl. pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete.( incl. all lead, lifts and carriages etc. complete).

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed tiles conforming to IS: 13753 of minimum thickness 5mm of approved make like NITCO, Rack, KAJARIA or equivalent make in all colour, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any sizes as approved by engineer-in-charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of cement motor 1:3( 1 cement :3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 Kg per Sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.( incl. all lead, lifts and carriages etc. complete).
