Replacement of damaged electrical components of 63 KVA voltage stabilizer installed at pumping station Cherry Swail by way of disconnecting all electrical connections and making temporary arrangement for running of system. Dragging the stabilizer outside the pump room by deploying manual labour and with the help of tools tackles. Making of temporary arrangement so as to protect the stabilizer from rain / water during the repair work. Unfastening of nuts, bolts and opening the top cover and then dismantling of internal assembly after drawing it out with chain pulley block, tripod stand to extract 02 no. coils and shifting to workshop. Replacement of 02 nos. damaged coils with new coils of superior quality copper complete with insulation and varnish and shifting back to site. Job includes filling of 100 liters transformer oil in the voltage stabilizer. Job further includes replacement of 2nos. rotary switches by way of providing and fitting of new rotary switches of same rating and specification as per sample. Making all incoming and outgoing electrical connections. Testing the stabilizer on no load at least for 6 hours and then on full load. Job further includes replacement of damaged electrical components by way of providing and fitting of new components of 70 ampere LT control panel. The job involves dismantling of all the incoming and outgoing power cables from the panel and shifting to workshop. The job involves replacement of damaged fault analyzer cum controller unit. Replacement of star delta auto starter assembly of 70 ampere rating has to be carried out by way of extraction of worn-out main power contactor MNX 70-1no. from the starter assembly. Providing and fitting of new power contactor of same rating and reputed make. Job further includes replacement of damaged contactor kit of star contactor MNX-70 ampere by way of providing and fitting of the kit of same rating and specifications. Providing and fitting of digital voltmeter and amperemeter-1no. each. Replacement of internal control wiring. Shifting back and fitment at site followed by testing of the equipment without load and thereafter on full load. Job further includes replacement of damaged mechanical components of 5000 GPH x 300 meter head HC pump by way of replacement of damaged 80mm dia CI sluice valve by way of providing and fitting of new cast steel valve of same rating and specification followed by testing on full load. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. (complete Job).
