Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 m wide and not exc 1.50 m deep for foundation, laying of pipe or for shafts, wells cesspits,man holes etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard and dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling, in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down, steel water tubing, 100 mm bore from trenches/wall,ceiling or floors and cleaning for reuse including all fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down, steel water tubing, 80 mm bore from trenches/wall,ceiling or floors and cleaning for reuse including all fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs, sluice valve (heavy duty) with stainless steel spindle heavy duty conforming to IS 14846 (2000) both end flanged class PN 1.6 of size 80 mm dia including necessary nuts,bolts washers and gasket complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for construction of valve pit of size 1.2 m x 1.2 m x 0.9 m (internal dimension) one brick thick wall, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 internally & externally (15cm depth below GL) finished even & smooth without using extra cement and applying three coat of white wash, mild steel sheet cover made of mild steel sheet, 3 mm thick and 40 mmx 40 mm x 6mm thick mild steel angle iron frame including locking arrangement,handle etc and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surfaces including demolition of existing brick masonry valve pit complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick ( Below or above ground) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded aggregate for making a good distrubed surfaces of damaged road/pavement/footpath etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&Lfor PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate including necessary form work for support column of CI/GI water mains complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs, 50mm bore, gun metal, globe or gate valves, cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union incl taking out old one complete all as specified and directed. Make : ZOLOTO/PARKO/GEM/LEADER

M&L for painting to 80/100 mm dia GI pipe at pump house ,overhead tank pumping line ,distribution lines ,overflow pipe ,and applying two coat of best quality Epoxy paint complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repair threaded GI Flanges of dia 100 mm with rubber gaskets, nuts & bolts, washers and welding, including taking out old one complete all as specified and directed. Note: Threading of tube if required, deemed to included in quoted rate.
