Taking down carefully any type point wiring (light,fan,socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc. and removing (Except those to be reused shall be kept in safe custody at the site) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc.to match with the existing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Point wiring complete with ISI marked 1.5 Sqmm single core, FRLS Grade, PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 Volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through in and including medium grade PVC conduit and accessories concealed in wall/roof/ceiling surface etc suitable for terminal boxes for fixing modular switches, sockets etc including suitable size modular plates concealed in walls and 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor as earth continuity to connect common earth dolly complete for One light point controlled by one 5 Amps one way switch complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repairs round/Square shape 12 watt 220 volts AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with drivers, holders, LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs LED bldg security light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Total contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of schedule of credit amount of Rs. 18,199.00
