Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified & directed.

Brickwork with sub-class ‘B’ bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan exc. 6m in mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified & directed.

All as per Srl item No.2 above but except brick.

15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound on fair faces of brick surfaces or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m in depth; for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan in any type of soil and getting out, complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar, internal dia of pipe 150mm, complete all as specifed & directed.

Concrete bed to drain pipes 150mm bore including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid in cement concrete 1:3:6 (Nominal mix) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate and tested, complete all as specified & directed.

Salt-glazed stoneware drain pipe, grade ‘A’ internal dia of pipe 150mm, laid in trenches and jointed, complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in (soil), including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm, complete all as specifed & directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified & directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching, internal dia of pipe 150mm, complete all as specified & directed.

PCC 1:4:8, nominal mix, type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling & mass concrete, complete all as specified & directed.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc., complete all as specified & directed.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in benching weathering slightly rounded or chamferred angles and including necessary form work and integral water proofing compound as per manufacture's instruction complete all as directed (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately).

Pre-cast reinforced cement concrete1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in manhole cover slabs and finishing the surface as per clause 4.11.16 and MES SSR-1991 Part-1 including demolition of existing reinforced cement concrete of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (Reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition), complete all as specified & directed.

TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, conforming to grade Fe-500, complete all as specified & directed.

Vitreous chinaware squatting pan, 'Orissa Pattern' size 580mm x 440mm with integral foot rests, white, with ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap, front or back inlet, including provision of lime concrete, making connections to trap and to flush pipe etc. and making good to floors, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified & directed.

PVC valveless, syphonic action type flushing cistern, 10 litres capacity, low level, white with inlet, ball valve, float and handle, 32 mm dia PVC long bend flush pipe, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified & directed.

Removing of spot blockage from WC (Indian or EWC) including cleaning, rodding etc, complete all as specified & directed.

Removing of spot blockage from gully trap, nahani trap, floor trap etc including cleaning, rodding etc complete all as specified & directed.

Salt-glazed stoneware gully traps, square or round mouthed, type 'P', size of gully traps 150mmx150mm, complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of cast iron pipes/PVC pipes of any size and taking out from trenches walls & floors, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F PVC SWR pipe type B of 110 mm dia, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors all as specified & directed.

M&L for plain Cement concrete Type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), 25 mm thick as in sub-base of floors complete all as specified.

Non skid Ceramics tiles 7 to 8 mm thick, coloured, size of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but not exc 0.18 Sqm in floor etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed/bedding layers in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

Opening cover of manhole and taking out accumulated garbage deposited such as brick bats pebbles sand silt (night soil excreta etc) from manholes of depth not exc 1.5m and cleaning of man holes and placing the cover in original positing complete all as specified.

Systematically cleaning of 150mm/200mm dia pipe sewers/drains by passing rope, knots, bamboos, kempt and disc of required size from manholes to manholes, septic tank and well flushing after cleaning sewer line/drain pipe with water (excluding manholes and septic tanks) including safety measures such as test for existence of poisonous gas etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out/pumping contaminated sewage water from septic tank/soakage well incl inlet/outlet chamber after plugin incoming sewage line suction(vaccum) type machine mounted on LMV/HMV and facility of high pressure vaccume and removing and dumping off the same in tank to a place out side contonment at the place marked for the purpose by local municipality or the authority controling the area as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Contractors are advised to ascertain the place suitable/earmarked for disposal of sludge/sewage water from local municipality or area controling authority before quoting their rates. Disposal of waste at suitable place shall be sole responsibility of contractors and no representation or objection in this regard will be entertained at any later stage.

Soakage well 2.4 dia and 3.0M deep below inlet pipe level (depth from inlet pipe to GL 45cm) incl excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 in foundation honey combing brick work in CM 1:4 solid brick work in CM 1:6 RCC M-25 (desig mix) cover slab necessary form wortk and reinforcement and filled with brick bats 40 to 80mm SGSW inlet pipe juncion 150mm bore complete all as specified and shown on drawings.

Septic tanks, exc, in ordinary soil, foundation in PCC1:2:4, brick work in CM 1:4, RCC Slab covers including RCC precast manhole cover having 6mm plate embedded all around/fibre reinforced cover with angle iron frame vent shaft and sludge chambers etc, complete for 25 users all as per specified.
