This is a PAC tender. OEM M/s Wadegati Labequip Pvt. Lte., Mumbai or their authorised dealers are eligible to participate in this tender. If the tenderer is an authorised dealer, they should submit tender specific authorisation letter from OEM.

If you are not a MSE or a consortia of MSEs formed by NSIC, please indicate percentage of sub contracts in execution of this tender that will be from Micro and Small Enterprise (in percent of order value ) with further breakup of MSE owned by SC/ST. (Information will be provided in % terms with 6 fields; Micro owned by SC , Micro owned by ST , Micro owned by others, Small industry owned by SC, Small industry owned by ST , Small industry owned by Others)

"Non-applicability of Relaxation of norms for prior experience /turnover for startups and Micro & Small Enterprises"- The tendered item is a critical safety equipment , any relaxation of norms for prior experience /turnover will not be admissible to startups and Micro & Small Enterprises as per Para 1400 (C) of Instructions to Tenderers for electronic tenders and General Conditions of Tender attached. Please make sure that you Have submitted your offer considering above conditions.
