Repairs/replacements to dumping bins with allied works meant for Transportation of Garbage through Tugger and Piaggo Dumper placer from various parts of the Hospital to Incinerator Plant SKIMS Soura.

Dismantling of old damaged dumping bins meant for storing and transportation of garbage through Piaggo dumper by way of cutting and removing od old damaged portion using skilled labour. The job includes cleaning and grinding of the edges and surfaces of the bin and removing scrap, providing and fitting of all required hinges, latches etc. and dumping the same at municipality dumping yard or the dumping yard inside the premises of the Institute. The job includes providing all tools/tackles/safety items for executing the job.

Repairs to the Mini dumping bins by way of providing, fabrication and fitting of M.S. angle iron ISA 25X25X3 mm, MS plate 3mm thick, MS flat 3mm thick, MS rectangular tube 50X25X3 duly cut and welded along with hinges, latches etc as per site requirement. The job includes applying of two coats of red oxide primer and two coats of enamel paint as per colour to the dumping bins coding or as directed by site Engineer.

Providing/fitting of high ribbed GI sheets of 1mm thick to act as top covers for mini dumping bins along with hinges, latches etc as per site requirement or as directed by site Incharge. The job includes painting of the sheet along with locking arrangement.

Repairs to the big size dumping bins by way of providing fabrication ad fitting of M.S. sheet 3mm thick, rectangular tubes 80X40X2.9, M.S. Flat 100X5, 75X5mm duly cut and welded along with hinges, latches etc as per site requirement. The job includes applying of two coat of red oxide primer and two coats of enamel paint to the dumping bins as per colour coding or as directed by site Engineer.
