Replacement of old split/window ACs and provision of new split type ACs at NAV AID sites of SGRDJI Airport, Amritsar (2021-22).

SITC of 2 Ton Inverter Type Split A.C of minimum ISEER rating 4.50 as per latest BEE guidelines (equivalent to erstwhile BEE 5 Star rating), 100% Copper consisting of single room unit (evaporator unit) with cordless remote control, digital temperature display and one outdoor condensing unit comprising of sealed rotary/twin-rotary/BLDC type compressor suitable for stabilizer free operation at 230 V,50 Hz supply and non CFC refrigerant like R- 410A/R32 capable of performing a) cooling b) de-humidifying c) Air- Circulation d) filtering. Interconnection, pipelines/cables along with PVC pipe for protection, refrigerant copper tubes (approx 3 mtrs) along with PVC pipe for protection, insulation tubes, insulating tapes, first charge of refrigerant (if required), installation of outdoor & Indoor units in wall with supply of mounting bracket, painting, sealing, civil finishing etc., complete as required. Make- as per approved make list of AAI.

Supply

Installation, Testing & Commisioning

Dismantling of existing split ACs of different capacities (1.5/2 TR) including existing copper piping and stacking them in a proper manner at a place designated by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply of metal-based Automatic Voltage Stabilizer of following capacity with high / low cut off complete as reqd. suitable for input voltage from 160 to 280 volt giving output 200-240 volt at 50 Hz A.C. Supply. The stabilisers should be suitable for 1.5 & 2 TR ACs. a) 5 KVA

Supply and fixing of 25mm dia PVC drain pipe from the respective units, clamping on different surface like wall/floor etc. i/c sealing the joints with making of openings as per site condition. (to be measured for lengths exceeding the cumulative length of 3 metres per AC which is already in scope of item 1 & 2)

Supply and fixing (in wall or ground) of colour painted M.S. angle iron frame of approx. 35x35x5mm size and mounting of outdoor A.C. units on the stand complete as reqd. Size of the frame can vary as per size of the outdoor units. The contractor shall ensure that the supplied frames are of proper size for the supplied ACs i.e. the outdoor units fit properly in the supplied stand.

Supply & fixing of suitable size Copper Refrigerant piping (Supply and return) with expanded polythene foam insulation tubing covering and protection with PVC pipe of suitable diameter for for 1.5 TR/2 TR A/c units. Measurement of 1 Mtr. Will include both supply & return Cu. Piping with insulation. (to be measured for lengths exceeding the cumulative length of 3 metres per AC which is already in scope of item 1 & 2)

Supply and fixing of following size 1.1 kv graded PVC insulated and FR PVC Round Sheathed, Copper Conductor (flexible) industrial cable (along with protection with PVC pipe of suitable diameter), conforming to IS 694with upto date amendments as required of approved make. a) 4 core x 2.5 Sq.mm (to be measured for lengths exceeding the cumulative length of 3 metres indoor-outdoor power cum control cable per AC which is already in scope of item 1 & 2)

SITC of timer for automatic switching on/off of AC units (1.5/2 TR) suitable for 230 V AC supply etc. as required and conforming to relevant specifications. There should be a provision of changing the time setting (duration) and operating the AC units in manual mode as well. The number of ACs to be controlled and number of ACs to be switched on (be in operation) at a time are given below:
