Supply & fixing of Rolling shutters made of 80x1.20mm M.S. Latis interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by locks mounted on specifically designed pipe shaft with brackets side together and arrangement for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete including cost of providing and fixing of necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs grade No. 2 and 1.20mm think MS top cover for rolling shutters including providing and fixing of bail bearing. The shutter can be of size 10’x10’, 8’x7’, 7’x10’, 8’x10’ etc. (Rate to be quoted per SM).

a) Pressed steel 18 gauge (1.25mm thick) sheet door frame with 6 No. 14 gauge 100mm long hinges on the identified (left/right) side fixed with self thread screw, 2 nos. tie rods of 25mmx5mm at bottom. Iron gates: Iron gate of double leaf made out of ISA 50x50x6mm frame and support of M.S. Flat 40x5mm fitted on joints of CR Sheet cover 1.6mm including hold fasts and locking arrangement and vichet-gate duly welded and painted with red oxide paint.

Steel sing boards made out of 2” dia MS Pipe frame over legs with 16g CR Sheets fitted with M.S. Flat clips 40x5mm with pipe frame and MS plate 4”x4” at the bottom of the legs duly painted excluding cost of letter writing complete.

Tree guards: Supply of tress guards made from standard sections, as per given drawing, consisting of round, square and angle etc. complete with hold-fast at the bottom, duly prime coated. (Supply by weight only).

Tree guard fabricated out of wire mesh 11 G, (1x1)inch mesh fitted with ISA 25x25x3mm duly prime coated.

Mild Steel Tanks: Mild Steel Tanks made from 6mm standard mild steel plates, size 4’x4’x4’, 6’x6’6’, duly primed.

Mild steel pipes: Mild steel pipes made from 5mm/6mm standard mild steel plate, duly cut, rolled and welded of internal diameter ranging from 75mm to 300mm, length ranging from 5 meter to 6 meter duly finished and primed.

Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutter with vertical channels(20x10x2)mm and braced with flat iron diagonals(20x5)mm size with top and bottom rail of T-iron (40x40x6)mm with 40mm dia,steel pulleys complete with bolts and nuts ,locking arrangements ,stoppers and handles ,including applying a prime coat of approved steel primer.

Providing and fixing of M.S Iron Collapsible Iron Gate made out of ISA,Flat etc.fitted with cross, and running support with rivets wheel handles lock hooks including all carriages, made out of required steel sections.

Providing and fixing of welded mesh duly fabricated frame having size 10’x6’xz1½’ made out of 35x35x5mm Angle Iron fixed 11 gauge 25x25 welded mesh having 25mm Flat Iron strips/running supports on welded mesh with one coat of red oxide premier including charges,

Supply of manhole cover made out of IAS channels beams etc. with one coat of red oxide primer.

Manhole covers made of mild steel of standard sections, work including cutting, framing, welding, assembling and applying red oxide paint. Built of sections made of.

Providing and fixing of ready made panels made out of ISMC 75x100 posts. MS pipe 40/50mm dia of 1mm thick fixed with nuts and bolts of required size duly painted with two coats of approved brand.
