Providing and laying vitrified tiles flooring of approved make by E/I flooring over 20 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1cement : 4coarse sand)laid and jointed with white cement (with pigment) slurry including rubbing and polishing of joints complete. (Size 600x600 mm)

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

P/F mosquito proof Iron wire mesh with necessary wooden beading and all M/L/T&P etc.

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water strorege tank ISI:12701 marked with over and suitable locking arrangement an macking necessary holes for inlet, out let and over flow pipes but with out fittings and the base support for tank. 500 Liter

S/F 500 mm diameter C.I cover with out frame for man holes.

P/F C.P. brass angle valve for cistern, wash basin, Gyger etc. 15 mm nominal hole size including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc.
