Repair of unserviceable passenger Lift (Capacity 650Kgs of 10 Passengers) at SRE complex with the OEM authorised firm including replacing the following spares(lift Make: Johnson ) complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Lift fitness certificate to be obtained from OEM before payment. (ii) Spares will be measured and paid seperately as supply only.

Supply only LOGIC BOARD FOR (C) ARD 22PIN all as specified and directed

Supply only FMS GLASS all as specified and directed.

Supply only DOOR BEARING (CENTRE) all as specified and directed.

Supply only ANTI LIFT BEARING all as specified and directed.

Supply only DOOR SLIPPER(POD) all as specified and directed.

Supply only GATE LOCK ELEMENT (POD) FEMALE all as specified and directed.

Supply only GATE LOCK ELEMENT STUD (F) (POD) all as specified and directed.

Supply only DE LOCKING LEVER-C.O. all as specified and directed.

Supply only EMERGENCY LAMP BOARD-LED all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair round/Square shape 18 watt 220 volts AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with drivers, holders, LED lamp suitable for ceiling of passenger lift including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for maintenance and servicing of 2 Ton HOT crane of make Hi Tek Engineers & tecno services including cleaning of all parts and carry out corrective maintenance for trouble free working, attend complaints on call complete all as specified and as directed. SCOPE OF WORK (a) Cleaning and greasing of girder, wheels, drive chain and gear. (b) Full testing including load bearing test once during the contract period. (c) All mechanical parts of the crane to be checked, cleaned and lubricated to keep the crane in perfect working condition. (d) Cost of minor spares like nuts, bolts and washers deemed to be included. (e) Removal of foreign object on the rail.

M&L for maintenance and servicing of 5 Ton HOT crane of make Century Fab-Tech Pvt Ltd including cleaning of all parts and carry out corrective maintenance for trouble free working, attend complaints on call complete all as specified and as directed. SCOPE OF WORK (a) Cleaning and greasing of girder, wheels, drive chain and gear. (b) Full testing including load bearing test once during the contract period. (c) All mechanical parts of the crane to be checked, cleaned and lubricated to keep the crane in perfect working condition. (d) Cost of minor spares like nuts, bolts and washers deemed to be included. (e) Removal of foreign object on the rail.

Comprehensive maintenance of Passenger Lift (Capacity 650Kgs of 10 Passengers) in SRE Complex suitable for serving G+5 Floors (total 05 landings) to carry out periodical Maintenance (at least once in a month) as per schedule of OEM maintenance manual which Includes checking of Cables, gear, speed Governor, Gear Oil etc. Note :- (a) Comprehensive , Preventive and periodical maintenance of lifts shall be got executed through OEM (b) The work includes minimum One maintenance services per month and also attending all break down calls as and when required. SCOPE OF WORK (a) Any part of the lift to be replaced whenever and where ever Necessary on normal wear and tear of the parts on free of cost except Car enclosures, Car flooring, Hoistway enclosure, Hoistway and Car door, Door and gate handles. Door bearings, Door frames, sills push box covers in landings, Car buzzer, Emergency light, Alarm device and Batteries. (b) Gear Oil, Gears, Bearings of Motor to be replaced whenever necessary and lubrication as the said parts to be carried out by the contractor at his own cost. (c) All electrical and mechanical parts of the lift to be checked, cleaned and lubricated to keep the lift in perfect working condition. CONDITIONS (a) The following Works/Repairs which are not in scope of work :- (i) Refinishing/Painting (ii) Non-proprietary items of the lift equipments like Car enclosures, Car flooring, Hoistway enclosure, Hoistway and Car door, Door and gate handles, Door bearings, Door frames, sills push box covers in landings, Car buzzer, Emergency light, Alarm device and Batteries. (iii) Any Works/ Services/Repairs which are not in the scope of work will be carried out for which extra cost has to be paid in addition to the contract charges. Note : Old unserviceable/Retrieved Material are to be handed over to the department. The contractor will have to attend any breakdown call within four hours of intimation during working hours and by the beginning of the next day if intimated after office working hours., otherwise penalty at Rs. 1000 /- per day of down time will be levied.
