Providing and laying in position machine batch mixed & machine vibrated ready mixed cement concrete ( R.M.C.) of grade M-40 with cement content not less than 420Kg/ Cum impairing minimum flexural strength of 40 Mpa at 28 Days including cost of admixture in recommended proportion ( as per IS 9103) to accelerate, retard setting of cement concrete, improve workability without impacting strength and durability and including pumping concrete with pumps if required. The Ready mix concrete is to be procured from plants of A.C.C / Lafarge & Ultra Tech or as approved by Engineer-in-Charge at Faridabad & Gurgaon. The finishing of the laid cement concrete with the surface vibrator and mechanical trowel including cost of curing at 28 days barrier, diversion of traffic and lighting safety arrangement and chowkidar etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying in position separation membrane of 125 micron or equivalent make in transparent white colour complete in all respect

Providing and making sawcut transverse constuction/contraction joint as per approved drawing provided at a miximum distance of 4.5 m including the cost of covering of dowel bars with the plastic sheath for at least 60% of the length from one end. Intially 3 to 45 mm wide cut shall be made after 1 to 2 days upto 1/3rd depth of slab and including cost of scalling temporarily with a jute rope. At the time of sealing of the joint temporary seal shall be taken out and 10 to 12 mm wide grovoves shall be madke upto a depth of 20 mm. Before sealing the joint temporary with a jute rope. At the time of sealing temporialy seal shall be taken out and 10 and 12 mm. Before sealing the joint 5 mm thick cmpressible de-boding strips with paper back shall be inserted to the bottom of the groove. The groove shall be filled with poly sulphide/silicon sealant. The sealant shall be applied slightly at a lower level than the slab with a tolerance of 2+1 mm complete in all respect.

Supplying laying & compaction of Granular Sub Base as [per grading Npo 2 of table 400-2 in uniform layers as spciefied in drawings and as per MORTH specifications for road & Bridge complete in all respect

Extra for making rough surface of the concrete pavement of providing non slippery surface by mechanical cutter for safe playing of vehicles as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
