M & L for cement plaster 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with and including permeability reducing polymer @ 250gm/sqm (6%) by weight of cement at time of mixing with water as per manufacturer's recommendations including all levelling the surface, curing etc including taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removal of debrish from the MOD land complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Rates for water proofing compound/ polymer deemed to be included in the above rates.

M &L for applying a bond coat of Latex:Water:cement - 1:4:6 consumption @100 gm/sqm on the brick wall surface by brush as per manufacturer's recommendations including curing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Exposing the first joint of masonry structure at ground level horizontally and knocking off the plaster least 50 cm beyond the visibly penetrated area., scrapping out damaged mortar joints to a depth of approximately 2-3 cm. Drilling holes 10mm diameter in masonary structure along the side of the joint as per manufacturer's instructions so as to cross the brick/ block at the intervals spacing of 15-30cm depending on extent of rising dampness as per recommendation of engineer in charge. Cleaning of holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles, installation of latex polymer packer injection packers 9.8mm diameter, 10cm long in the holes and tighten, Fixing the packer securely using sealent and Cutting/removing of Packers after completion of grouting/injecting without damaging structural elements

Supplying and application of very low viscous, elastic polyacrylic injection resin with a versatile and adjustable reaction time, having mixed viscosity 3 to 11 m.Pa.s at 20 Deg C, reaction time adjustable according to ambient temperature and execution time requirement between 8-50 mins, the polyacrylic resin is pumped into the wall through packers injection at a pressure > 20 Bar into or behind fissures or into masonry joint which are allowing water to infiltrate into unwanted areas cause rising dampness. When polyacrylic resin movement stops or polymer compound appears at the packer, move to the next packers and inject (Approx 0.2-0.3 Kg resin per packer). Make : SIKA/FOSROC/BASF

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigment 25 cm x 25cm x 22-25 mm thick set & jointed and pointed in cement slurry to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 on plinth protection including 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection, laid to slope of 1 in 24 in alternate basis system, without, each bay shall not exceed 3 m in length, 12mm wide joint & 50mm deep joint shall be formed between the bays which shall be filled with Mastic filling to full depth comprising a mixture of 1 part of heater hot blow bitumen 85/25 portion and two parts of heated Badarpur sand (by volume) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall/ceiling sufraces and applying 1mm thick (average thickness) waterproof cement based putty and thereafter apply two coats of Green pro certified water-based, modified acrylic, exterior Apex suprema emulsion or equivalent as per required shade (compound depot tinted) with silicon additives, heat reflecant property, VOC less than 2 % by mass, class A IS 15489 and IS-101@ 5.-6 Sqm/ltr with Graco-490 spray machine over a coat of primer and using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 Mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by painT manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- Applicable to srl item No 1.00 to 6.00 (a) The smart periodical work under this contract shall be executed by manufacturers authorized applicator after approval of name of manufacturar's by GE. (b) The contractor shall produce the name brandof material and it manufacurar's within 10 days from the date of award of tender. After approval of paint manufracturer and product brand, the contractor shall produce a "Memorandum of Understanding" (MoU) between contractor, applicator and the manufacturer within 28 days from the award of of tender date or before commencement date of work. wherein the manufacturer shall own the responsibility of use premium quality products in adequate quality and workmanship. The Contractor shall also produce purchase Vouchers/Invoice for all product/materialutilised in work for their full quantity and Engineer-in-charge shall ensure to kept in record duly defaced & verified.

(c) Sanding of surfaces shall be carried out by mechanical sander having speed 1500–2700 RPM with internal dust extraction system to maintain clean environment and certified by paint manufacturer. (d) Electrical fittings such as tube lights, bed lights, switch boards etc. shall be carefully taken down before commencement of painting work and refixed after completion of painting work. (e) Furnitures in the quarters shall be shifted and stored in one room before commencement of painting work and rearranged to original position after completion of work. (f) Entire quarters including flooring, doors and windows shall be cleaned by the contractor after completion of painting work. (g) The rates quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to include all the above provisions and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

M&L for providing and injecting chemical emulsifiable concentrate for post constructional Anti termite treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonary apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litre per linear meter including drilling and plugging holes etc in apron complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats with shutters not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames), complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply fabricating and fixing of Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be mooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge
