(a) The smart periodical work under this contract shall be executed by manufacturers authorized applicator after approval of name of manufacturar's by GE.
(b) The contractor shall produce the name brandof material and it manufacurar's within 10 days from the date of award of tender. After approval of paint manufracturer and product brand, the contractor shall produce a "Memorandum of Understanding" (MoU) between contractor, applicator and the manufacturer within 28 days from the award of of tender date or before commencement date of work. wherein the manufacturer shall own the responsibility of use premium quality products in adequate quality and workmanship. The Contractor shall also produce purchase Vouchers/Invoice for all product/materialutilised in work for their full quantity and Engineer-in-charge shall ensure to kept in record duly defaced & verified. | 900 | Sqm | 11 | ₹9,900 |
| 6.01 | (c) Sanding of surfaces shall be carried out by mechanical sander having speed 1500–2700 RPM with internal dust extraction system to maintain clean environment and certified by paint manufacturer.
(d) Electrical fittings such as tube lights, bed lights, switch boards etc. shall be carefully taken down before commencement of painting work and refixed after completion of painting work.
(e) Furnitures in the quarters shall be shifted and stored in one room before commencement of painting work and rearranged to original position after completion of work.
(f) Entire quarters including flooring, doors and windows shall be cleaned by the contractor after completion of painting work.
