(Any wall, floor,fittings and roof damaged by the contractor shall be repaired/change by contractor under same item and no extra payment will be paid to contractor on this account complete all as specified and directed. The item includes applying epoxy primer @ 0.15Kg/Sqm and a geotextile of 40 GSM to be applied over first coat while first coat is still wet, the PU coating is to be continued 150mm up the parapets or walls and 100mm into the rainwater pipes. The final coat of Polyurethane coat is to be sprinkled with a micron layer of clean sand if the roof is non-accessible type. For Accessible roof type Roof tiles to be provided.complete as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note: The contractor shall submit a gurantee of 10 years from the date of completion of work for waterproofing treatment alongwith manufacturer's gurantee. The amount of Rs. 40 ( Forty ) per Sqm and min of Rs. 4000/- for waterproofing treatment shall be withheld from contractor's final bill till the expiry of gurantee period. The contractor at his own option may furnish fix deposit receipt pledged in favour of GE(I) Kanpur against guarantee money. 2. The water proofing shall be carried out by authorised applicator of manufacturer. The name of applicator shall be got approved from GE before commencement of work. 3. Cost of providing roof tiling will be paid under respective item.
