Illumination of various Govt. Buildings/Flyover during Independence/Republic Day Celebrations/ other Days of National Importance (15th Aug-2026/26-Jan 2027) Work Description as under:-

Rent / Hire Charges Per Day for Providing, Fixing, Watch & Ward and removal of Decorative Illumination of various Govt. Buildings /Flyovers during Independence/Republic Day celebrations/other days of National Importance (Tentative List Attached in SBD) by using 2.7/3 Watt LED Lamps/ Decorative chain lights /PVC/Cotton Strips fitted/LED Laddi/Strings (Flag colours- White/Green/Saffron) having average spacing of around 300 to 400 mm between the bulbs. The scope of work shall also include necessary provision for all electrical wiring and other related electrical work for power connection from nearest power source including transportation, loading, unloading with provisions of replacement of damaged/defective LEDs during the period from August 2026 to March 2027 (to be borne by the bidder). (RATE CONTRACT FOR ILLUMINATION) (BIDDER TO QUOTE RENT PER DAY FOR LED STRING OF LENGTH 10 MTR LONG EACH) Total Scope of Work a) No. of Strings (10 mtr long) per event = 10250 (+25%) b) Total No. of Events to be Covered = 2 Nos (may increase also) c) Total Illumination Days Per Event = 5 days Max. (Ranging from 1 day to 5 days depending upon instructions of higher authorities) d) Geotageed pics of All illuminated buildings on All days to be submitted in hard and Soft Copy to Division

Per Day Rent / Hire Charges for a single LED String (10 mtr Long) INCLUDING extension of power supply, Protection /Watch & Ward /Prompt Replacement of defunct ones including cost on account of item no. d above
