Notes for Item Nos 1 & 2:
(i) The comprehensive maintenance (Platinum Agreement) shall be done through respective OEM of existing lifts i.e of M/s Johnson Lifts Pvt Ltd.
(ii) The contractor will have to submit MOU on stamp paper of Rs 100/- duly notarized, as per specified perform given on Particular Specification from respective OEM of existing lifts i.e of M/s Johnson Lifts Pvt Ltd. within Twenty Eight days from date of receipt of acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled and further action to be taken as per policy in vogue of the contractors default.
(iii) Contractor will conclude comprehensive maintenance contract with OEM and copy of the agreement along with Tax invoice will be submitted to Engineer-in-charge and GE before commencement of AMC. No payment will be made to contractor without submission of valid AMC agreement.
(iv) The above maintenance include complete maintenance of existing lift by regularly and systematically examining adjusting fabricating as and attending complaints/ break down calls within respective time frame as catered in Particular specification for smooth and efficient functioning of the equipment/lift.
(v) Contractor will prominently display his contact/ mobile number and OEM contact number inside and outside the lift on each lift for call in emergency.
(vi) Contractor shall submit safety security certificate of lifts from OEM in every month as per performa given in particular specification and shall be submitted along with running account receipts and final bill failing which payment shall not be processed.
(vii) Monthly maintenance check will be carried out by OEM as per monthly maintenance check list mentioned in particular specification.
(viii) S&F of repair Spares required before commencement of AMC will be measured separately under relevant schedule items and after commencement of AMC, it is responsibility of contractor for AMC with all spares and quoted rate inclusive for the same. | 9 | Per lift per month | - | - |
