COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE / PERIODICAL REPAIRS OF LIFTS AT INHS DHANVANTARI UNDER AGE E/M-I OF GE MINNIEBAY, SRI VIJAYA PURAM

M & L for comprehensive / routine maintenance, attending breakdown calls and repair including renewal/ replacements of minor/ major defective parts of electrically operated stretcher cum passenger lift of capacity (20 persons / 1360 Kgs), fully down collective with microprocessor based control panel gear lift, automatic operated sliding doors serving ground plus upper three floors (G+3), Make "JOHNSON" installed at INHS Dhanvantari including carrying out the monthly check and routine periodical service as mentioned in PS of fully automatic electric lift with power operated door duplex collective control system MRL, Gear with replacement of unserviceable parts such as bearing, bushes, all type of shoes, headers, hangers, door cards, door lock, control cards, control connectors/ links, hall push buttons, hall push button covers, rewinding of motors, welding of crack/ broken MS parts, repairs to door,safety edge working at any principle and any type of sensor or mechanical safety lock, magnetic lock or contact, cop buttons, car position indicator, door sill, car door sill, necessary wiring and cable, infrared sensor and all major/minor parts as per requirement for safe operation of lift, lift cabin fan, cabin light complete to ensure safety and smooth operation of lift (Platinum service provided by the OEM) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for comprehensive / routine maintenance, attending breakdown calls and repair including renewal/ replacements of minor/ major defective parts of electrically operated Goods cum passenger lift of capacity 20 passenger (1360 Kgs), fully down collective with microprocessor based control panel gearless lift, automatic operated sliding doors serving ground plus upper two floors (G+2), Make "JOHNSON" installed at INHS Dhanvantari including carrying out the monthly check and routine periodical service as mentioned in PS of fully automatic electric lift with power operated door duplex collective control system MRL, Gearless with replacement of unserviceable parts such as bearing, bushes, all type of shoes, headers, hangers, door cards, door lock, control cards, control connectors/ links, hall push buttons, hall push button covers, rewinding of motors, welding of crack/ broken MS parts, repairs to door,safety edge working at any principle and any type of sensor or mechanical safety lock, magnetic lock or contact, cop buttons, car position indicator, door cill, car door cill, necessary wiring and cable, infrared sensor and all major/minor parts as per requirement for safe operation of lift, lift cabin fan, cabin light complete to ensure safety and smooth operation of lift (Platinum service provided by the OEM) complete all as specified and as directed. Notes for Item Nos 1 & 2: (i) The comprehensive maintenance (Platinum Agreement) shall be done through respective OEM of existing lifts i.e of M/s Johnson Lifts Pvt Ltd. (ii) The contractor will have to submit MOU on stamp paper of Rs 100/- duly notarized, as per specified perform given on Particular Specification from respective OEM of existing lifts i.e of M/s Johnson Lifts Pvt Ltd. within Twenty Eight days from date of receipt of acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled and further action to be taken as per policy in vogue of the contractors default. (iii) Contractor will conclude comprehensive maintenance contract with OEM and copy of the agreement along with Tax invoice will be submitted to Engineer-in-charge and GE before commencement of AMC. No payment will be made to contractor without submission of valid AMC agreement. (iv) The above maintenance include complete maintenance of existing lift by regularly and systematically examining adjusting fabricating as and attending complaints/ break down calls within respective time frame as catered in Particular specification for smooth and efficient functioning of the equipment/lift. (v) Contractor will prominently display his contact/ mobile number and OEM contact number inside and outside the lift on each lift for call in emergency. (vi) Contractor shall submit safety security certificate of lifts from OEM in every month as per performa given in particular specification and shall be submitted along with running account receipts and final bill failing which payment shall not be processed. (vii) Monthly maintenance check will be carried out by OEM as per monthly maintenance check list mentioned in particular specification. (viii) S&F of repair Spares required before commencement of AMC will be measured separately under relevant schedule items and after commencement of AMC, it is responsibility of contractor for AMC with all spares and quoted rate inclusive for the same.
