Demolition of brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry, type C-1 (1:3:6) (20 mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:4. completed all as specified.

Material and Labour for Grit stone wash on exterior wall in 12mmTH using 6-8mm size stone grit mixed with white cement & sand in 1:1/2:2 ratio (1 cement,1/2 sand & 2 part stone grit) over 12mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 duly rough by using neccesary tools over brick concrete wall surface including making 10mm groves in horizantally & vertically and top surface to be levelled & washed to give the textured finish as directed by engr in charge.(Note : bead for grooving,measured & paid saperataly)

Formimg groove of uniform size 10 mm wide and 10 mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using alluminium channel, nailed to the undre layer including removal of wooden batten or alluminium channel, reapirs to the edges of panel and finishing the groove complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer -in-charge

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in Soucer drain,bed block, Drain coping in the Parking and Building surround area etc. and the like edge slightly rounded or chamfered,depth of soucer drain up to 45cm,thickeness min.50mm and width of drain min.25-30cm all as required on ground condition to easy flow of rain water and flow water from damping ground area to nearest area drain including necessary Earth work or Demolation of old concrete Surface, Road surface etc as required use and waste of form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

S&F precast cement concrete type B-0 1;2:4, 12.5 mm graded aggregate ) louvres and Jallies , 25 mm thick including all moulding at any height of bldg. (Note : - Rate incl all arrangement for scalfolding and safety precautions)

Taking down existing treatment along with PCC padding of any thickness and roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. complete.

Filling and reinstating of separation cracks: Opening the separation cracks at the junction of RCC and masonry where ever directed and instructed into "V" Grooves 2 to 3" from either side of the cracks by carefully marking areas to be opened up using a cutting machine and skillfully/carefully chiseling with a well sharpened chisel and hammer as directed including wire brushing and washing of concrete substrata and masonry walls with water jet to the surfaces thus prepared to the entire satisfaction of the consultant as instructed and directed. Moistening the cracks, provinding and applyin priming/bonding coat of slurry made out of "Polyalk EP" and cement (or equivalent as specified in the list of brand names) in proporiton 1:1 to surfaces prepared as instructed and directed. Filling the cracks/grooves by providing and applying "Polyalk EP" Polymer modified cement mortar (or equivalent as specified in the list of brand names) in proporiton 1:5:15 (Polyalk EP: Cement: Graded Sand/Quartz Sand) on the prepared surfaces and finishing it in the level with the existing plaster including hand packing, curing and making the surface similar to the external plastering using wooden floats/punch etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Drilling holes of required sizes upto 16mm dia and up to 50mm depth in concrete and cleaning the same as directed. Provinding and fixing 12mm dia aluminium/PVC injection nipples and securing the same as directed and Providing and injeciting cementitious grout using CEBEX-112 additive of "FOSROC" at the rate of 225 grams per bag of cement and using suitable mechanical gun/pump including mixing etc complete.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) mixed with and including integral waterproofing chemical PIDIPROOF LW mixed in proportion 200 millilitre per 50 Kg cement of DR FIXIT of PIDILTE INDUSTRIES LTD or STP No. 1 (LIQUID) as in padding on roof surface for correcting / making proper slope on roof, surface finished fair and even without using extra cement complete.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and fair with out using extra cement. including mixed with water proofing compound (as per manufacturers instructions) on concrete surfaces all as directed by Engineer-n-Charge. Note : Water proofing compund measured and paid separately

Suppy only liquid water proofing (Compound) all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying water proofing treatment using 4mm thick APP modified membrane consisting fiver layers membrances with features as specified weighing not less than 3.5 kg per sqm reinforced with non woven polyester fiber @ 160gm/Sqm laid over a coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.40 kg/sqm by torching the membrance and sealing the over lap by 100mm length side and 150mm width side all as per manufacturer instructions including joints and changes in direction be curved with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @ 200 ml/bag of cement curved wel before laying membrance, all as per manufacturer instructions and to the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) Irrespective of lap the net covered area will only be measured for payment. (ii). Note: rate is inclusive of APP membrane, SBR Latex (iii) Applying a coat of bituminius aluminium paint @200 gm /sqm (minimum ) in two coat .Make incorporated : HYPERPLAS POLYSTER OF IWL (INDIA) LTD OR EQUAVALENT.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation etc n.exc 1.5 m 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 in depth as in soft/disintegrated rock and gitting out.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm in soft/loose soil.

Removal of excavated material n.exc 1.5km and deposited where directed at a level n. exc 5km above the starting point.

M&L for Apply a coat of SmartCare Primero with dilution ratio of 1:1 with water maintain a coverage of 100 sq.ft/ltr

Providing and applying 20mm thick ready mix external sand faced cement plaster with neat cement rendering at all locations in two coats of masonry (except stone masonry) and concrete surfaces including providing water proofing compound to the first coat of plaster as per manufacturers specification, racking out joints, hacking of concrete surface, finishing, curing, scaffolding etc complete.

M&L for preperation of new surface wall/ceilling by scrapping/rubbing,applying two coat of advanced anti-algal weather proof 100% acrylic smooth emulsion with silicon additives,over a coat of fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane (Asian paint damp proof+ultima suprema,exterior anti fungal paint), on old plastered surfaces walls/ceilling and cornires brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down with steel scrapper smoke soot moulds moss and efflorescent slats brading oil and greasy spots etc and making proper surface by applying ready mix preparatory wall care putty of Birla wall care or equivalent wherever required complete all as manufacturers instructions. (Manufatured by : Asian paints damp proof + Ultima suprma or Equivalents MAke). Note The Application of paint to be done by the authorised applicators of asian paint or eqlt make and contractor shall submit a written gurantee with the authorized dealer of 8 years for any type of colour fading,peeling,flaking,growth of fungus,seepage of water through the paint applied area or any other damages to the paint). Also the dealer shall appoint a person to inspect and validate the application of the system is stage wise manner.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing including 5-6mm dia chain link made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including provide SS chain, floor cap of poles,welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement all as specified and as directed.
