RBR-FNDN-1- (I-B-i) - In ordinary soils up to 3.00 Mts depth below GL by Mechanical means: Earthwork excavation in all kinds of soil as per drawings and technical specifications including setting out, c removal of stumps and other deleterious material, dressing of sides and bottom as per Technical Specification 304 MORTH and as directed by the departmental officer including protecting the existing utility services wherever it is possible during the execution and taking all precautionary measures in the restricted areas including divertion of traffic and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material and disposal of remaining earth upto a lead of 50 m, including all incidental and operational charges etc., complete by mechanical means.

BLD-CSTN- 2-8 modified in 2022-23 : Filling with HBG stone chips of 2.36mm and below in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T & P etc., complete for finished item of work. (APSS NO. 309 & 310)
RBR-FNDN-4 I(i) : Providing P.C.C grade M 10 concrete in open foundations using 20 mm nominal size Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH for foundation and under flooring bed.
RBR-FNDN-4 II (iii) : Providing P.C.C grade M 15 (MORD), Nominal mix (1:2.5:5) concrete in open foundations using 20 mm nominal size Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH. for base Slab

RBR-FNDN-4 E: Providing R.C.C. grade M 25 (Design Mix) concrete using 20 mm Graded Metal (MORD) for structures using 20 mm Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH including cost towards material, labour, formwork and staging and all other incidental charges for complete finished item of work as directed by the Engineer in Charge For Top Slab
Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) steel bars ( Fe 500/550/550D grade as per IS 1786-1979) of Category-B Steel (GOEL, SHYAM, JAI BALAJI, AFSTAR/MSLIFE TMT, RADHA TMT, SUGNA TMT) of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors.( APSS No.126)
RBR-STCL-15 ; Dismantling of Existing cement concrete pavement by mechanical means using pneumatic tools breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 1000 m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials seperately including all hire & operational charges of T&P, labour charges, complete for finished item of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge as per Technical Specification Clause 202 MORD/MORTH.
RBR-STCL-7 : Dismantling Stone Masonry as per Technical Specification Clause 202 : Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of stone masonry, including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202 MORD / MORTH - Rubble Stone Masonry in Cement Mortar
RBR-STCL-5 : Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202 MORD / MORTH
Reinforced Cement Concrete and prestressed Concrete (Manual means)
Carting of surplus excavated earth/soils/ rock/ debris or any other unwanted material from the site to a distance of 5kms including loading, unloading, idle hire charges of machinery suitable, dumping, labour charges for all leads & lifts and other incidental and operational charges etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Dismatling existing drain structure
Dewatering pipe line trenches etc, duly bailing out water from the pipe line trenches with oil engine driven pumpsets, including hire charges, fuel charges and wages for Driver and Helper and all other incidental and operational charges including suction and delivery hose, lead of drain in to natural drain etc, complete.
