M&L Chemical earthing (Compound Based earthing) having advance encapsulated compound based CPRI tested ,maintenance free , pipe in -pipe technology upgraded( Zinc and alloy coated), Zinc coated (80-100) microns with pure zinc (99.9%) & alloy coating (200-250 microns). Schedule 'A' Part XII (Prime Cost Sum) :The prime cost is to be used as directed by the Accepting Officer vide condition 1 (v) and 5 of IAFW-2249 of General Condition of Contract forming part of the tender documents. (a) Provide a prime cost of Rs 400000.00 for design, supply, installation and testing of two Nos Blast proof combustible safety gas charging cabin/chamber, cubical type of required size, made out of steel sheet fully welded construction, designed for intermittent explosive atmospheres such as gas (Category: II, Zone: 1&2) grain dust and conductive dust (Category: III, Zones 21&22), and rated at IP66 PER IEC 60529 Standard, 30 minutes fire resistance and can withhold of 5000 psi air pressure , duly painted with powder coated paint light grey (RAL 7035) including grounding attachments point at the bottom for easy grounding on floor. Make : As approved by GE (Note: Before placing final order, the design along with design calculation sheet shall be submitted by the contractor for approval of the GE) (Notes: (i) The design of the blast proof cage shall be assigned to supplier(s) as approved by the GE.(ii) Before placing the order on the supplier, the design of the cage along with design calculation and other technical particulars shall be submitted by the contractor to the GE for his approval. (iii) The fire resistance and pressure rating of the cage/cabinet shall be certified by an independant authorised institute.(iv) Inspection of the cage shall be carried out and certificates required shall be obtained from the inspecting authority in respect of the cage inspected and certified by it in accordance with the approved design and specification or code.) (b) Contractor quoted rate shall be deemed to include for overheads and profit and all taxes and tinsert amount to cover all. However, quoted amount shall not exceed 15% (Fifteen Percentage) of estimated amount. In case, the contractor quoted amount is in excess of 15% of the estimated amount, the same shall be restricted to 15% and the amount quoted shall be corrected accordingly to work out the contract sum.
