Fixing of Chequred tiles in floors Including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges complete including cost at tiles etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

R.C.C M-25 grade with 20mm and down grade C.B. chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, laying hire charges of concrete mixture, vibrator, watering, curing and cost of all materials and labour,centering shuttering etc complete but excluding cost of reinforcement complete. (Item-4, AR-2006) Column & Beam etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supply of HYSD bars confirming to grade Fe-415 cutting bending, binding, lapping, splicing, welding etc. (conforming to IS 1786/1985 specification & jointing if necessary by lapping & tying the grills & placing in position as required for RCC works as per the approved design, hoisting, lowering & laying in position including cost & conveyance of tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge(as to be approved by the Deptt.) etc. complete (weight of binding wire shall not be considered for payment at all which will be borne by the contractor ) standard CO-efficient of different sizes of the steel shall be considered & welding & lapping should confirm to relevant clause of IRC-21/1987 etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Brick masonary in C.M.(1:6) with Fly Ash brick of approved quality and size including splays cutting, circular moulding with cost, conveyance of materials including royalty, watering,curing etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 12mm thick plaster in c.m. (1:6) over brick work finished smooth with cost & conveyance of materials, labour, T&P, royalty, taxes, curing etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing two coats of weather coat paint over a coat of cement primer including necessary preparation of surface, cost & conveyance of materials, labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Ground Floor
