Providing and Laying Gravel to 100mm compacted thick including cost & conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by Power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction

Providing laying and spreading soil on aprepared base pulverising adding the desined quantity of cement to the spread soil mixing in place with rotavator grading with the motor grader and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achivee the desired 7 days unconfined compressive strength of 2.76 Mpa and to form layer of base as per Technical Specification caluse 404

Applying PRIMECOAT over WMB/ WMM surface at 7.00Kg of SS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. Comp.

Applying TACK COAT over Primed WBM surface at 2.5Kg of RS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. Comp.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregatesof specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent by weight of tottal mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT & H specifications clause 507 complete in all respects

Road Marking With Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound With reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface:- Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.50mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35, The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes etc complete as per MORTH&H specification No.803

Including cost and coveyance of all materials to work site and stacking them at the site to departmental gauge for pre-measurement and labour charges for spreading metal and gravel, hand packing to camber, watering with all loads for water and compaction by 80.100 km power roller including hire charges and fuel charges for power employed including necessary earthern bund to protect edges, lighting, guarding, barricadings and maintenance of diversion etc. complete as per clause 404 of most Specification.

Providing & Laying Tack coat 4 kgs / 10 Sqm over the WBM surface treated with using 4 kgs of Bituminous Emulsion for 10 sqm area including cost of Bitumen emulsion, including labour for applying the required Qty. of Bitumen Emulsion as tack coat by bitumen sprayer etc., complete as per clause 503 of Most specifications.
