Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) of size exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4.0 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down shutters of any description, area exc 1.00 sqm and n.exc 2.00 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling structural steel work including door gates etc complete all as specified as directed by Engr- in- charge.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). ® Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30 mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S S screws shall be paid separately)

S&F Second class hard wood, glazed and skelleton shutters 30mm thick, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc without sash bar, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing gauze etc, size of members including two caot of synthetic enemel paint 10 cm width or girth over a coat of red pink primer and staineless steel wire mesh 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples supplied and fixed to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing sufaces of new, previously untreated wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and priming with pink primer and applying two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of Old or previously untreated wood and wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coats of Synthetic enamel paint (Ordinary tint) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
