REPAIRS / MAINTENANCE TO WATER PROOFING TREATEMENT, CHAJJAS REPAIRS AND CONNECTED PLUMBING WORK IN AREA OF AGE B/R-I UNDER GE (CENTRAL) KHADKI.

NOTE FOR PLUMBING AND SANITARY ITEMS:- (i) Contractor shall deposit entire quantity of plumbing and sanitary wares materials required / covered under subject contract in the custody of Engineer-In-Charge/ Office in charge of unit. (ii) The materials as required shall be issued to contractor by JE/ Engineer-In-Charge on daily basis.

Removing old tar felt, all loose dirt, old roof tiles including taking down cement plaster cleaning the concrete surface including removal & cleaning of vegetation, fungus, moss small trees etc from the roof top with wire brush, removing the strips of lightening conductor including refixing the same after repair work and applying neat cement slurry @ 1.5Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on existing concrete surfaces of roof in CM (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement with and including water proofing compound over RCC slab, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.3 kg/Sqm,over RCC slab, and providing and laying 3 mm thick APP modified water proofing memberane, weighing not less than 3.00 kg/sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester reinforcement matt weighing not less than 160 gm/Sqm polyester core, having softening point not less than 150°C, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 650 N/ 5 cm, tearing streangth of 180 N / 5 cm, torch application method, with a overlap of 100mm at the sides and 150mm at the ends and sealing and applying a coat of solar reflective aluminium paint @ 0.2 Kg/Sqm on membrane surfaces complete including carrying out 24 hrs ponding test over the complete treatment all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in over roof , chajjas, kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges giving proper slope complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for WPT to external walls and chajjas by applying two coats of elastomeric coating material after cleaning the surfaces and exposing and opening all visible cracks thoroughly and sealing all with acrylic sealing compound as per manufacturer specification and direction of EIC. MAKE :- Dr fixit or techno commercialiy equivalent.

Material and labour for sunken flooring as per following details complete all as specified and directed (a) Special treatment to toilet floor by demolition of existing treatment of any description and thickness, removal of rubbish to a distance of 5KM to 7.5KM . (b) Clean the sunken portion of toilet / Bath / WC / Kitchen throughly to remove laitance, dirt dust, etc. (c) Form angle fillet of size 40mm x 40mm along the junction of wall and floor using polymer modified mortar and filling the sunken portion with modifiied concrete ("Dr Fixit"Pidicrete URP" or techno commercialiy equivalent) (d) Sanitary pipes entering through walls and floor shall be sealed with "Dr Fixit Bathseal Tape"or techno commercialiy equivalent and the gaps to be grouted with non-shrink cementitous grout "Dr Fixit Bathseal Grout" or techno commercialiy equivalent. Nahani Traps, etc to be fitted securely and the gaps around it to be grouted in the same manner. (e) Apply one coat of a Bitumen-modified polymer coating "Dr Fixit Bathseal Plus" or techno commercialiy equivalent' on the modified concrete by brush complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of UPVC 40 mm dia as in spout pipe in sunken floor complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated or semi corrugated) sheets/fibre sheet/galvalume steel sheet in roof covering complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc fixed with coach screws complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour asbestos cement one piece plain angular ridge 6mm thick fixed with coach screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 2 mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Welding in repairs n. exc 5cm in length Thickness of metal to be welded n exc 6mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair mild steel, Fe 410-W (Gde E- 250 quality-A) Framed work as in doors or gates,roof structure of any size and section with gusset plates, rails,braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering,running rails and guides) and hanging; including all necessary fitting, also fastening and fixing,including dismantling, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for roof tiles, mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joints, laid dry at any height, including dismantling of old tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only roof tiles, mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joints, laid dry at any height including dismantling of old tiles complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Serviceable material obtained from dismantaling shall be reused.

Material and labour for ridge or hip tiles to suit mangalore pattern of roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in lime mortar 1:3 or cement mortar 1:6 at any height including dismantling of old tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only ridge or hip tiles to suit mangalore pattern of roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in lime mortar 1:3 or cement mortar 1:6 at any height, including dismantling of old tiles, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Serviceable material obtained from dismantaling shall be reused.

Material and labour for second class hardwood clean sawn battens at 15 cm centres, exc 5 and n exc 15 sq cm, under mangalore pattern tiles, including applying two coats of creosote oil & dismantling of old battens complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old magalore tiles or asbestos roof and applying two coat of apex tiles guard paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair E-board 'Everest' make 600x600x4mm thick white prelaminated sett embosed reinforced designer ceiling board tiles of approved texture at any height laid on Hot dipped Galvanised iron imposed grid with 24mm wide T-section exposed flanges which shall be powder coated white. The frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33mm thick GS sheet and of size 24x32x3000mm and spaced at 1200mm centers securely fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm maximum centers. Hangers of GI wire 2mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plug, level adjusters and screws etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall. Flush fitting of 1200mm long cross tee (with double stitching) to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm center to form 1200x600mm modules cross tee longer than 600mm to be supported independently. 600x600mm modules to be formed by fitting 600mm long cross Tee centrally between the 1200mm cross tee. Tee, Perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45mm thick GS sheet of size 19x19mm and 300mm long of white colour all as per manufacture instruction, including taking down wall/ceiling boards(fibre, pulp insulation etc) or inslutation boards any thickness incl fillets complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour rendering/plastering, 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6 )on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour rendering 5 mm thick on concrete surfaces as in ceiling in CM 1:3, finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plasterd or unplastered surfaces of wall/ceiling and applying two coat of oil bound destemper, including Priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour complete removal of existing treatment of wall surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound destemper, including priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 3mm thick wall care putty on wall/ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour non skid coloured digital ceramic tiles 300x300/400x400 mm x 6 to 7mm thick,in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, including dismantling, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour glazed ceramic tiles size of tiles 450x350/300x200/300x600x5 to 6mm thick in vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc over and including 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4, including dismantling, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour 75mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor, plinth protection, path, hard standing etc, surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement including provision of construction joints and demolition of existing concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing, including dismantling existing lining complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair water closet (Squat Pattern) complete including provn of lime concrete bedding Orissa pattern size 580 x 440mm white with integral foot rests (excluding flush pipe or flushing cisterns) including connection to trap and flushing pipe anti syphonage pipe etc complete and making good to floor to match with existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE :- Cera, Prayag, Hindware
