Annual cleaning, inspection and certification for use of boiler no. MR-11737 & MR-11738. Scope of work is dismantling of boilers, mountings the as per the schedule inspection date of the aforesaid boiler, mechanical cleaning of fire tube and furnace from water and smoke side, overhauling and lapping of the valves, maintenance of modulation system, F.O. pump, hydraulic testing at a pressure of 22.5 Kg/cm2 in presence of IBR authority, submission of inspection fee for both the boilers to IBR and getting operational clearance for further one year, refitting of mountings, fitting of asbestos rope for main door and back door, hot Box-up of the boiler etc. All consumables such as asbestos rope, gasket, nut & bolts, hand gloves, cotton waste, etc. are in the scope of contractor.

Carbon soot removal and disposal from boiler discharge ducts and chimney including supply of PVC bags for disposal of the soot.

Supply and installation of IBR Fusible plug for boiler no. MR-11737 & MR-11738. Size-3/4”BSPT&1”BSPT

Supply and Installation of Burner Rod 1028 mm long for Thermax make RF-50 Boiler.

Supply & installation of IBR approved 15 NB Steam stop valve Internal threaded end ( Carbon steel)

Supply and Installation of Canvas Cloth Box type duct with collar Size ( 9’’x 9’’x16’’ )Inch / ( 9’’x 9’’x13’’) Inch

Supply of M.S. Nut and Bolt

Supply of Heat resistance aluminum paint
