M&L for Submain wiring with two single core 4 sqmm FRLSH copper conductor, PVC insulated, multistranded, unsheathed cable ISI marked drawn in PVC conduit not less than 20 mm dia concealed in wall surface / ceiling for sub main connection including 4 sqmm PVC insulated multistranded unsheathed FRLSH copper conductor used as earth wire to common earth and connection to earth dolly complete all as specified. Note:- (i) Two single core 4 sqmm copper conductor, one run PVC conduit and one run of 4 sqmm earth wire shall be considered & measured as one unit. M&L for RCC Septic tank for 100 user designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, RCC M-30 Design Mix in Walls , Base Slab , Baffle walls and Roof Slab including beams etc with Vent shaft , manhole openings with cover connection etc., complete with effective depth of 1.5 meter and overall depth of 3 meter complete all as specified and shown on drawings TD/217 sheet 1/2 to 2/2 and as directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Construction of fly ash brick masonry valve pit chamber of size 900 mm X 900 mm X 900 mm (internal dimensions) including necessary excavation & earth work, 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 as in foundation, 230 mm thick fly ash brick work in cement mortar (1:4), 12 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on internal surface of valve pit and mild steel sheet cover of 6 mm thick and angle iron of size (50 x 50 x 6) mm frame around of valve pit, sheet welded on all four corners, locking arrangement with pad lock of size 50 mm brass, 6 levers and in duplicate key (Make - Godrej or equivalent make as approved by GE complete) including two coat of approved synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on prepared steel surface complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting existing CI/GI pipe line 150 mm dia for insertion of tee of size 150 x 150 x 80 mm for branch connection including excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix sluice valves, 80 mm dia class PN 1.6 with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying in trenches/pipe/ on wall and connection and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade, ISI marked, IS: 7098(Pt-II) with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sq mm 4 core and complete all as specified .

Supply and erecting Steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate , finial taper plug , bolts , nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31, 9.00 mtr long, complete all as specified and shown on drawings including the followings:- (a) Excavation in post holes in any types of soil, returning filling, well ramming and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr from the starting points. (b) PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation including form work. (c) PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including form work. (d) PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in base. (e) Painting of poles externally with one coat of black bituminous paint (upto planting depth) and above plinth block concrete collar with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface including painting of 30 cm wide bands 3 Nos with synthetic enamel paint of appropriate colour in alternate layer upto height of 1.5 m above plinth block. (f) Painting of coping shall be cement base paint complete all as directed. (g) Embeded portion shall be painted with two coat of black bituminous paint complete all as directed. Note:- (i) This item consists of provision of steel pole and work mentioned in para (a) to (g) only.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for DK Thermoplastic cable junction boxes IP 65 with metric knockouts for cable entry, weather proof for outdoor installation and including glands and with 4 terminals for terminating one incoming and outgoing UG cable of size 10/6 sqmm 2 core and fixed to the PSC/Steel Poles by means of suitable size of clamps with nut and bolts with suitable busbar all as spcd and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of out door type LT Feeder pillar box size 0.90 m x 0.75 m x 0.45 m in depth made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet ( CPRI type tested) and MS structural section of 50 x50 x 6 mm comprising of copper bus bar suitable for 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts,50 Hz, AC supply mounted on suitable bus bar insulators, 200 Amps rating suitably drilled and tapped for bolts with openable two part front and rear shutter, hinged front and rear panels and locking arrangement, bottom plate provided with the requires numbers of cable entries / opening including cable glands and cable lugs with heat strinkable PVC sleeving having RYB-B colour code , powder coated painting complete embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 ( using 40 mm graded aggregate ) n. exc. 0.45 cum and provision of following accessories complete all as specified and as directed ( Note :-MCCB will be measured and paid separately.)
