Providing laying spreading and compacting 150 mm (one hundred and fifty milimetre) thick crushed hard stone aggregate in two layers, each layer 75 mm seventy five milimetre) thick of grade-II of 63 to 45mm (Sixty three to forty five ) milimeter size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with vibratory power road roller of 8-10 tonne (eight to ten) tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber,applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of course aggregatre, watering and rolling, guarding barricading and maintenance of diversion etc. in all leads and lifts and carriage of materials by all means including mechanical transport confirming to specification No.404 (four hundred four) of MORTH road wing specification for road and bridge works (latest revision) and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing laying spreading and compacting 75 mm (Seventy five milimetre) thick crushed hard stone aggregate in single layer 75 mm seventy five milimetre) thick of grade-III of 53 to23 mm ( fifty three to twenty three) milimeter size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with vibratory power road roller of 8-10 tonne (eight to ten) tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber,applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of course aggregatre, watering and rolling, guarding barricading and maintenance of diversion etc. in all leads and lifts and carriage of materials by all means including mechanical transport confirming to specification No.404 (four hundred four) of MORTH road wing specification for road and bridge works (latest revision) and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Prime coat medium porosity:- Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on prepared surface of granular base inclcuding cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 Kg. per square meter ( zero point seventy kilogram) using mechanical means as per technical sspecification clause 502 of MORTH road wing specification for road and bridge works( latest revision) and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Tack coat :- Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 Kg per square meter ( zero point twenty five kilogram) on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 of MORTH road wing specification for road and bridge works( Latest revision) and as per dirfection of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying 75mm( seventy five limimeter) thick bitumen VG-30 dense graded bituminous macadam with batch type 100-120 TPH( hundred to one hundred twenty tonne per hour) capaccity hot mix plant producing an avarage output of 75( seventy five) tonne per hour using crushed stone aggregate of spec ified grading premix with bitumen binder at the rate of minimum 4.0 to 4.50( four point zero to four point five percent) of weight of mix and filer as per approved job mix formula , transporting the hot mix meterial to work site in clean insulated vehicle covered while in transit or awaiting tipping and layaing with a hydrositc paver finissher with sencer controll to the required grade, level, and alignment ,rolling with smooth wheelded vibratory and tendom roller to achieve the desired compacting as per MORTH specification clause 507 complete inclcuding profile correction layer and patching of pot holes including mobilization of plants and equipments by mechanical transport,including haulage of materials with in all leads and lifts with all modes of transportion and as per direction and entire,satiisfaction of Engineer-in-charge nothing extra shall be paid for higher bitumen contents if required as per job mix formula.
