Taking down carefully existing unserviceable seat frame from chair CB steel without arm and S & F new seat frame made out of 2nd class hard wood duly caned with white plastic cane 2mm wide for seat and 3mm wide for border as per Godrej pattern Cane, Type-I (HDPE) as per IS: 5378-1994 and applying two coat of black French polish with glossy finish over wood filler on all exposed new wooden surfaces after preparation of new wooden surface complete over a coat of primer before canning complete all as shown on drawing. (FD-75M) as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

All as per item No 01 here- in -before but back frame of chair CB steel without arm complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S & F for mild steel cleats of flat iron size 25x3mm with drilling holes for fixing with MS screws to seat and back frame of each chair frame to support to seat/back wooden frame including applying two coats of synthetic enamel OG/Grey paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as directed Complete all as specified and as shown on drawing (FD-75M) and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F for pair of 25mm width, 16 gauge 460mm long flat iron for support between the seat and back frame of each steel chair frame including applying two coats of synthetic enamel OG/Grey paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as directed , all as specified and as shown on drawing (FD-75M) and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(FD-75M) as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and Labour for repairable parts from Table office officers and Table office clerk steel and taking out of repairable table drawers and refixing on existing position.Removing the dents and bends,welding /riveting the damaged portion and rectifying the smooth movement of the drawers. as shown on drawing (FD-1003 & 1004) and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for spot welding in repair of broken steel frame and drawer of table office clerk steel all as specified and as shown on drawing (FD-1003 & 1004) and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note :- Each spot welding shall be not exc. 5cm in length and materials to be welded not exc. 2mm in thickness.)

All as per item No 11.00 here- in -before but Taking out and removing old unserviceable drawers and supply & fixing 1.00 mm thick new drawers as per existing made out of (1 mm) plain black steel sheet (PBI sheet) fixed by run welding incl. painting with two coat of OG or approved synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete as shown in the drg (FD-1003 &1004) and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 11.00 here- in -before but Taking out and removing of old unserviceable lock from drawer from its position and S & F new 6 lever brass chromium plated lock with keys in duplicate and make it smooth functional complete all as specified and as directed.Make: Godrej/Harrison/Link

Taking out and removing unserviceable/broken handle of Almirah large steel with shelves/Almirah medium steel with shelves/Locker bed side steel and Taking down unserviceable handle and S&F with new handle Brass chromium plated screw type of size 150mm with nut and washer including necessary welding to make good the surface all as shown on drawing (FD-1031,1032 & TP) and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Make :- HARRISON/GODREJ or equivalent make).

Taking out existing unserviceable cane from Chair verandah steel and weaving the same with plastic cane 4 mm wide half round of approved quality duly applying Two coat of synthetic enamelled white paint of approved quality to the steel surfaces of chair before canning.
