Construction of Judicial Court Complex at Amb Distt Una H.P (SH- Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of CCTV Surveillance System and allied Equipment therein)

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) of existing Securus make CCTV Surveillance System including all cameras, NVRs, switches, monitors, storage devices, control room equipment, power supplies, networking accessories, cabling and allied components complete in all respects. The scope shall include preventive, routine and breakdown maintenance, periodic servicing, software/firmware support, testing, cleaning, focusing, alignment, recording verification, troubleshooting, repair/replacement of defective spare parts and accessories required for uninterrupted operation of the system to the complete satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge excluding Batteries, physical damages due to mishandling, theft, fire, vandalism, civil damages and force majeure conditions.. The agency shall deploy trained technical staff and OEM authorized service support for health checkup and maintenance of the system, including wiring, connectors, PoE switches, HDDs (upto OEM support period), SMPS, accessories and all associated items.The participating agency shall be OEM/Authorized Service Partner of Securus and shall submit valid OEM authorization/support certificate for the quoted CCTV system. All complaints shall be attended within 24 hours. The agency shall repair/replace defective parts/equipment in case the same are found beyond repair to ensure uninterrupted operation of the CCTV system.
