(Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

M-20 CONCRETE - Providing and laying in position, standarised design mix M-20 Grade using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 350Kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture(plasticiser/super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.70 cu.m.)940.50Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (2.80 cu.m.)462.00Kg of 10-12mm machine crushed jelly and with about (4.25 cu.m.)701.25Kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/roof slabs wherever neccessary without clambing extra, etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. the coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requierments of IS 383-2016. (No separate payment will be made by the department for the exces usage of materials as per design mix.) (SI No 81)

Manufacturing supplying and fixing of fully pannelled steel door with the following specification MS angle fo size are used for 40X40X6mm used outer frames and MS angle of size 3.5X3.5X5mm for the shutter framens ,stifferners with 32X6mm MS flat.

Special ceiling Plastering in Cement Mortor 1:3 Mix (one Cement, Three M- Sand ) 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete . complying with std. specifications

Plastering in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one Cement, five M- Sand) 20mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Painting new plastered wall surface with one finishing coats of ready mixed (Emulsion ) off approved and olored over one priming coat in all floor including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Paving the floor with Vitrified Marbonite tiles of approved quality and colour of size 600x600x8mm thick of approved make, quality and colour in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3(one cement three sand) 20mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officer. The colour & quality of tiles should be got approved by Municipal Engineer before use on work

Paving the Top of roof with Solar refelective ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 7mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M-Sand) 12mm thick and pointed with tile grout (Nitotile Grout or equivalent) and cement in the ratio of 1:3 for joint, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)

Painting new iron works such as steel door,windows,ventilators ,windowm ,bars balustrade etc., with one coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over primming coat in all floor excluding cost of priming coat etc,.

Supplying and fixing MS ladder width 45cm using 50C50C6mm angle.
