PCC 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed sand stone 40mm nominal sise mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing .MORT&H SI No 12.04 Ch6

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1) Cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, Including cost of form work, in Foundation and floors.

M-150 Class brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I. S.I. No.5 Ch6
