Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated etc) sheeting in roof covering including ridges, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nanital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated sheet 0.50mm thick of approved colour having tensile strength 550 MPa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws including side and end lap as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain sheet 0.50mm thick of approved colour having tensile strength 550 MPa as in ridges, hips, valley gutters fixed with self tapping screws including side and end lap as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of approved colour having tensile strength 550 MPa as in roof bent to a curve of any radius as directed by GE fixed with self tapping screws including side end lap as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 4mm thick designer ceiling board in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions, laid over and including hot dipped galvanised iron in post grid with 24mm wide T section exposed flanges which shall be powder coated white. The frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33 mm thick galvanised steel sheet of size 24 x 32 x 300 mm spaced at 1200 mm centres securely fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm maximum centres. Hangers of GI wire 4 mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plug or hanged with existing truss members. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450 mm from adjacent wall flush fittings of 1200 mm long screws Tee with (double stiching) to interlocked between main runners at 600 mm centre to centre from 1200 x 600 mm modules cross tee longer than 600 mm modules to be formed by fittings 600 mm long cross tee, tee perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45 mm thick galvanised steel of size 19 x 19 mm and 300 mm long of white colour all as per instructions including dismantling of existing board etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of timber scantling 40 Sqcm and over in section, in any position as in unframed or framed work, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including welded fabriks frames, doors, gates, grills grating and framed truss etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rolled section as in main and cross beams / columns, hip and jack, rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates (Fe-410 W Gde E-250 Quality A) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old steel surface of any description exc 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PVC wall paneling of approved shade and colour, UPVC hollow sections 9-10mm thick & 1mm thick wall thickness printed / designer, joined together with groove and tennon joints and fixed with screws on walls, finishing sides and top with 'U' or 'T' or any other suitable PVC section matching the shade of panels including preparation of wall surface if required including dismantling of old PVC wall panelling, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) as in padding over roof slab of any description and any position above ground level & plinth protection in ground floor and paving n exc 15 cm thickness and removal of debris from site upto 1KM , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for protection covering providing and laying 40mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4, over existing roof padding incl finishes with graded chips 6mm size with required surface area in the ratio of cement, sand, stone chips 1:2:4 and mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 200 ml per kg bag of cement and curing properly, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete, type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, laid in slope 1:12 from outer edge of the wall, finished even and fair, laid in alternate bays including providing 6mm wide joints throughtout thickness of plinth protection in concrete bays and in between walling and plinth protection, joints filled mastic filling comprising of one part of heated bituminous 85/25 and 3 parts of sand (all by weight), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured vitrified tiles light shade (premium quality) 9-10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n exc 0.36 sqm in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface, laid over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling old unserviceable tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (premium quality) Square/rectangular, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, including dismantling old unserviceable of tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350 x 250 x 7mm or 450x350x7mm thick, (premium quality) on vertical surface of wall such as dado, skirting, riser etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling old unserviceable tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for overhead PVC tank cleaning of any capacity including dismantling and setting aside or lowering if required for repairs, cleaning, etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re- fixing in same position after cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tank and from mouths of circulating pipes etc, including replacement of required fittings such as PVC ball valve with brass rod, tank nipple etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment over RCC roof, projections of any thickness, any type by stripping out old tar felt over roofs, parapets, chimney stacks etc laid horizontally or vertically including taking out layer of cement plaster etc and cleaning the surface with wire brush including removing debris from the site and depositing in low lying area where directed and providing following :- (a) Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete roof surfaces and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement. (b) Apply a coat of bituminous primer confirming to IS-3384@ 0.4 ltr/Sqm on newly plastered surface after curing as per IS-456 and dried. (c) After the primed surface has dried, apply a coat of hot blown bitumen(85/25 penetration) confirming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm of the surface. (d) Provide polymeric water proofing membrane ISI marked laid with overlaps, bonded with hot blown bitumen, and laid by torch application method, end overlaps shall not be less than 150mm and side lap 75mm. Polymeric water proofing membrane should be five layered with centre core as 90 micron high molecular high density polyethylene film, min weight 3 Kg per sqm & minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric, APP membrane shall laid acorss the slop from lowest line of sloping roof towards ridge. (e) Over the APP membrane, apply a coat of semi hot blown 85/25 penetration grade bitumen confirming to IS-702 @ 1.20 Kg/ sqm and blinded with fine sand in dry condition @ 0.50 Kg / Sqm dusted over the bitumen coat. Note : (i) Care shall be taken to avoid wrinkle and air gaps while sticking membrane to the bitumen applied surface. (ii) Ponding test shall be conducted for 72 hrs as directed.

S&F for rotational moulded polythylene water storage tank (ISI marked) with float valve, plastic lid cover, multy-layered, cylindrical vertical with closed top, hoisted and fixed in position of capacity 500 ltrs tank and making connections inlcuding suitable GI wash out, over flow, nipple and 20mm bore ball brass valve with union screwed for iron pipe and fixed including dismantling of old unserviceable tank, complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F for rotational moulded polythylene water storage tank (ISI marked) with float valve, plastic lid cover, multy-layered, cylindrical vertical with closed top, hoisted and fixed in position of capacity 1000 ltrs tank and making connections inlcuding suitable GI wash out, over flow, nipple and 20mm bore ball brass valve with union screwed for iron pipe and fixed including dismantling of old unserviceable tank, complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for 15 mm bore galvanized iron GI tubing medium grade with all fittings such as bends, socket, tee, elbow, union, nipple, short pieces and fixed to walls, ceilings or laid in floors including taking down existing GI tubes complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for 20 mm bore galvanized iron GI tubing medium grade with all fittings such as bends, socket, tee, elbow, union, nipple, short pieces and fixed to walls, ceilings or laid in floors including taking down existing GI tubes complete all as specifed and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 , complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item no 27 here-in-before but except brick. Note:- Brick retrieve from item no 26 will be reused.

M&L for stone walling of random rubble masonry, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and soilidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item no 29 here-in-before but except brick. Note:- Brick retrieve from item no 26 will be reused.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or stone masonry surface in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white cement primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on any walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing of debris from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on concrete surface / brick surface on wall in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick rendering on other than fair faces of brick surface or stone masonry surface in cement mortar 1:6 surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer and a coat of wall care putty 1.5mm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white cement primer and a coat of wall care putty 1.5mm thick, complete all as specified and directed.
