Comprehensive maintence, testing/Servicing and repair including preventive and periodical maint with renewals and replacement of defective parts of all existing fire protection and fire fighting system complete consisting of main fire control panels of 12.5HP & 75 HP Motor and Engine pump 62KW by necessary decarbonising ,cleaning, tightening & 100 % servicing of of all loose contact , sub panels,smoke/heat detector/response indicator Electric driven pump 55 KW, Diesel driven pump with 62 KW , Jockey pump, pressure switch, presure vessels, fire hydrents, hose reels, canvas hose pipes, gunmetals valves shut of nozzels sprenklers etc with control panel, starters and to keep Fire fighting system and fire alarm system auto run mode on variation in pressure to make 100% serviceability of the complete including checking, cleaning of fire detector by removing dust or dirt, cleaning of heavy greasy deposit if any, checking the connection of battaries, specific gravity of electrolyte, the alarm function control panel and indicating eqpts be checked by the opration of trigger device in each zone as described the system installed at Kamath Enclave offrs md accn (G+13 story Bldg) of CG Sec 52 of Noida every month during first or Last week as directed by Enginer -in-Charge. Note :- (a) Cost of new components shall be paid for separately under relevant item of shchedule 'A' (b) Contractor's rep will visit minimum once in a month to every panel and take servicibility certificate duly signed by the users and MES Rep. Additional visit as and when required will not be paid as extra. (c) Cost of minor spares any type not costing more than Rs 2500.00 per month in total deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (d) Payment will be processed on production of servicibilty certififace only and a panel recovery @ double the quoted rate will be charged for non carrying out of monthly serviceability check

NOTE :- (i) The rate quoted above shall be inclusive of minimum material as mentioned above and labour for unserviceable items, replacement of unserviceable eqpts and any other item not mentioned in the schedule but required to be replaced to make the Fire Fighting system serviceable complete all as directed. (ii) The bidder are requested to inspect the FF system to accertain the servicebility of all the equipments if any itesms required to be repaired or replaced are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) The rates quoted shall be inclusive T&P required for carrying repairs and stationery for maintaining records such as daily ,fortnightly,monthly,quarterly and yearly maintenence, complaints book etc all as described by the Engr in charge. (iv) Normally maintaenance shall be carried out in day time but in case of emergency /breakdown, it should be attenend at odd hrs/night times and additional manpower if required will be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost & rates. (v) The contractor shall provide the service of trained personnel, ITI qualified mechanic and oprator with 3 yrs exeperience & helper shall 12th pass and supervisor shall be minimum diploma certificate holder with 3 yrs exeperience in the trade. (vi) The contractor shall carry out daily routine checking of the complete system and rectify the minor /major defects noticed immediately. One seprate register to be maintained as complaint registor received from department /user user signature shall be obtained after rectifying defects, each time. If complaints are not attended within 24 hours, following penalties will be imposed and deducted from payment to the contractors ;- contractor on the contractor quoted rates shall be deemed to include the cost of daily routine checking of complete system, rectification of defects and cleaning of installation from inside and outside with cleaning materials. Rs 500/- for not attending the complaint and keeping it pending beyond 24 hours per complaint per day. (vii) All consumable & maint material such as oil, lubricants, grease, thimbles etc will be deemed to be included in the rate quoted against above schedule. (viii) The contractor will use only genuine/original new parts as approved by original equipment manufacturer during repair and old unserviceable materials should be kept at site till verifiaction and proper register to be maintained complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Note :- (a) Cost of new components shall be paid for separately under relevant item of shchedule 'A' (b) Contractor's rep will visit minimum once in a month to every panel and take servicibility certificate duly signed by the users and MES Rep. Additional visit as and when will requiored will not be paid as extra. (c) Cost of minor spares any type not costing more than Rs 500 in total deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (d) Payment will be processed on production of servicibilty certififace only and a panel recovery @ double the quoted rate will be charged for non carrying out of monthly servibility check)
