S&F in replacement 6mm thick asbestos cement serrated ridge or hip ridge for corrugated or semi corrugated sheets, fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts with GI & bitumenous washer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.50 mm thick galvalume sheet profile pattern precoated coloured having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof covering, fixed with self driving screws including dismantling GI (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement 0.50 mm thick galvalume sheet precoated coloured Profile ridge ,fixed with self driving screws complete all as specified and directed

S&F mild steel roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails , post, and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, bolting etc including dismantling old unserviceable mild steel items in any position complete all as specified and directed

S&F mild steel for wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc & similar work conforming to Fe 290-0 Gde E-165 including dismantling old unserviceable mild steel items in any position complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rolled section/hollow tube section as in post, main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecction plates including drilling hole for bolting ,connecting to gusset plate etc including dismantling old unserviceable mild steel items in any position complete all as specified and directed

S&F MS plates (plain or chequered) channels square cut to or notched forming holes with riveted bolted or welded attachment for Fe-410W including dismantling old unserviceable mild steel items in any position complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 250 but not exc 500 ltrs capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and mouth of circulating pipes, etc. and hositing, reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank 500 ltrs capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) three layered wall constructuion, ISI marked hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement 20mm dia Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed in repair.Minimum weight 210 gms complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel water tubing 15 mm bore, medium grade galvanised with all GI fittings and fixed complete to wall & ceiling or laid in floor including taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing and connections and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and re-fixing old steel tubing 15mm dia bore and connections in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floor etc) including necessary cleaning or rerunning the old screw threads,complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel water tubing 20 mm bore, medium grade galvanised with all GI fittings and fixed complete to wall & ceiling or laid in floor including taking up or down 20mm bore steel tubing and connections and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and re-fixing old steel tubing 20 mm dia bore and connections in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floor etc) including necessary cleaning or rerunning the old screw threads complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore single socketed rain water pipe in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of old roof treatment of any description including mud phushka, lime, concrete, tiles, cement plaster padding upto 30 cm depth from roof surface etc including cleaning, brushing and watering to joints and grooves and removing debris to a distance exc 1.5 km complete all as specified and directed.

Uprooting completely tree/ plants (upto 30 cm girth) from wall or any part of building upto double story buildings, making good disturbed portion and filling holes in cement mortar (1:3) PCC (1:2:4) to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) on roof top as a leveling course / padding to maintain the slope,and roof kerbs,or mud stops, rounded or chambered on edges etc finished the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with and including water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement applied over roof slab complete all as specified (Note : Water proffing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for water proofing roof treatment to RCC roof with approved modified membrane of weighing not less than 3 kg/Sqm . The height of the roof may upto 9 m comprising with following items complete all as specified and directed:-

The surface of roof, parapet and gutters drain mouths etc over which water proofing treatment is to be applied shall be cleaned of all foreign matter such as fungus,mass dust etc by wire brushing and dusting.

Oil based Bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384-1986 @ 0.3 kg per sqm to be applied on prepared surface till the surface is properly impregnated.

Applying one coat of hot blown bitumen of 85/25 grade @ 1.20 kg/Sqm.

Laying of water proofing APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3 Kg / sqm composed of 100 micron (+10% ) high density polyethylene sheet (HMHDPE) as center core, which is sandwitched between high quality polymeric bitumen mix having softening , high heat resistance and cold flexible protected on either side with a thin thermo fusible HMHDPE film with side and laps100 mm as per manufacture instruction etc.

Applying one coat of hot blown bitumen of 85/25 grade @ 1.20 kg/Sqm.

M&L for applying aluminium paint in two coat @ 100 gm/sqm in each coat on finished membrane surfaces complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cmx 20mm to 22mm thick, machine pressed, set jointed and pointed with neat cement slurry on roof and cut and polished laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bedding in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cutting chases pinning in brick wall and making good by cement mortar 1:3 using 12.50 graded aggregate for inserting bituminious for tar felt not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in platform of water tank including all necessary form work and chamferring at edges finished even & smooth complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15 mmthick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces finished fair and even without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall and any other type of wall finishes incl racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing the debris from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing the new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of elastomeric-acrylic waterproof protective cum decorative coating on external surface of RCC, concrete panels, plastered surface of wall etc. over a coat of primer including preparation of surfaces all as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.. Make: Dr Fixit (Raincoat) or equivalent make as approved by GE

M&L for applying evenly a coat of blown type bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.50 kg per square metre over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 to 0.50 kg per Sqm and blinding with clean dry sand @ 0.05 Cum. per sqm over roof surfaces including preparation of old surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for suspended false ceilling comprising of 4mm thick non asbestos fibre cement bulding boards of size 595mmx595mm, fixed or laid/inserted to powder coated GI frame work with screws over GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to sourrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/ intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fastners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm center to centre including hangers 4mmm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3mm size 60mm long incl dismantling of any type or ceiling boards in thickness incl cover fillets including dismantling of any type of ceiling boards in any thickness incl cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete including demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble stone masonry, brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6) including demolition of rubbled stone masonry including all qoins arches , pillars etc built in cement mortar complete all as specified .

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on brick work / Concrete surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth with out using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates) as in surface channel, bed of drains, & other similar work including demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped end etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size, type or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc, cleaning and refixing on same location including all fittings, heads, shoe, bends, end stop etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed 150 mm bore in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.
