SH-A : Supply and Laying of Cable

Supply of following sizes of 1.1 KV grade multicore copper conductor XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured cable as per IS-7098 (Part-I) 1988 respectively with upto date ammendments.

i) 4C X 70 Sq mm

ii) 4C X 25 Sq mm

iii) 4C X 10 Sq mm

Supply of following size 1.1 KV grade multicore flexible copper conductor PVC insulated / XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed cable as per IS-7098 (Part-I) 1988 respectively with upto date ammendments.

i) 3C X 4 Sq mm

Laying of one number PVC/XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in existing RCC/HUME/METAL/PVC pipe etc as required.

i) Upto 35 Sq.mm

Laying of one number PVC/XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in masonnary open duct etc as required.

i) Upto 35 Sq.mm

ii) Above 35 Sq.mm and up to 95 Sq mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC/XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required.

i) Upto 35 Sq.mm

ii) Above 35 Sq.mm and up to 95 Sq mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC/XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on Cable tray as required.

i) Upto 35 Sq.mm

ii) Above 35 Sq.mm and up to 95 Sq mm

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia GI wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Supply and making end termination with brass compression gland and copper lugs i/c proper socketing etc. as reqd for 1.1 KV grade XLPE Copper cond.cable of following sizes.

i) 4C X 10 Sq mm

ii) 4C X 25 Sq mm

iii) 4C X 70 Sq mm

SH-B : Internal Electrification Work

Supplying and fixing of following ways surface/ recess mounting, vertical type, 415 V, TPN MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 200 A tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCBs (but without MCBs and incomer ) as required .

i) 4 way (4 + 12), Double door

Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

i) 6 way , Double door

ii) 8 way , Double door

iii) 16 way , Double door

Supplying and fixing of following rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

i) 40A TPN MCB

ii) 32A TP MCB

iii) 32A DP MCB

iv) 6 to 32A SP MCB

Supplying and fixing suitable size PVC box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 A modular socket outlet and 15/16 A modular switch, connections etc. as required.

Supply and fixing modular blanking plate on the existing modular plate and switch box excluding modular plate as required.

Supply and fixing following size of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

iii) 32 mm

Drawing of of 3c x 4 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor , in the existing surface /rescessed steel/PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and installation of perforated Hot dipped Galvanised Iron cable tray (Galvanistaion thickness not less than 50 microns) with perforation not more than 17.5% on convinient sections, joined with connectors , suspended from the ceiling with G.I., bolts & nuts, etc. as required. (a)150 mm Width x 50mm depth x 1.6 mm thickness

SH-C : Airconditioning & associated works

Supply of 2.0 TR High wall Split type Airconditioners not less than 5 star rating copper coil, inverter type fitted with extra powerful rotory / Reciprocating compressors, including remote, regfrigerant R-32/R-22/ non CFC suitable for wall mounting confirming to IS: 1391 / Part – 21/92 Amdt. No. 1 (except power consumption norms) with 10 feet copper refrigeration pipes and suitable copper cable and having features like auto air swing(2 way swing), speed setting(3/3), operation control(electronic), auto restart, on timer, evaporator type(2 bend eva) suitable for operation on 230V, 50 Hz, single phase AC supply capable of performiong:-(a)Cooling (b)Dehumidifying. (c) Air-circulating (d) Filtering (anti-bacteria).

Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 2.0 TR Eco-friendly refrigerant Split Inverter type Air Conditioner etc. complete as required.

Providing & fixing extra suitable size refrigeration copper pipes beyond Ten feet for 2.0 Tr split AC unit as required.

Supplying and fixing of floor mounted MS angle Stand (1.5 feet height) suitable for mounting 2.0 Tr split AC`s outdoor unit including painting etc. complete as required.

Providing and fixing of 20 mm. dia. PVC Plumbing/drain Pipes for 2.0 TR on surface including all accessories like bends, sockets and water seal joints, etc. complete as required.

Supply and fixing of Single Phase, 240 V smart controller / Timer with 4 hr / 8 hr duration, 25A capacity, having OV & UV indication / protection suitable for AC power supply 240 V, 50 Hz. etc. complete as required.

SH-D : MCCB & ATS

SITC of 250 Amp,4 pole, 35kA rating, adjustable thermal fixed magnetic release , Ics=Icu=100% ,415V AC, MCCB in suitable MS enclosure i/c R,Y,B indication lamps incomer side, cables/wires connection complete etc. as required.

SITC of 4 Pole automatic transfer switch with Enclosure and complete protection, 250A , 415V,50Hz, 4 Pole etc as per site requirement.

SITC of 250 Amp,4 pole, 35kA rating ,adjustable thermal fixed magnetic release , Ics=Icu=100% ,415V AC, MCCB in existing panel by necessary modification in panel i/c R,Y,B indication lamps, cables/wires connection complete etc. as required.
