Taking out carefully G.C.I. or C.I. or asbestos sheets (including ridges etc.) form roof or wall after unscrewing bolts, nuts, screws etc. and stacking the marerial at site as directed. (Payment to be made on measurement of portion of roof or wall removed.).

Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. up to any height and in any floor including removing rubbish with in a lead of 75 m as directed. .

Dismantling carefully wooden walling, flooring of ceiling and stacking dismantled materials as directed.

Dismantling artificial stone flooring upto 50 mm.thick by carefully chiselling without damaging the base and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. .

Plaster ( to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering conrners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (ground floor). [Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface].

Artificial stone in floor, dado, staircase etc. with cement conctrete (1:2:4) with stone chips laid in panels as directed with topping made with ordinary or white cement (as necessary) and marble dust in proportion (1:2) including smooth finishing and rounding off corners including raking out joints or roughening of concrete surface and application of cement slurry before flooring works, using cement @ 1.75 kg./sq.m. all complete including all materials and labour In ground floor. 3 mm. thick topping (High polishing grinding on this item is not permitted) with ordinary cement. Using grey cement.

M.S. structural works in roof trusses with tubular sections conforming to IS: 806- 1957 & IS: 1161- 1958 connected to one another with bracket,gusset,cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-In-Charge complete including cutting to requisite size. fabrication with necessary metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1956 & IS: 9595 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS: 814- 1957, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section. consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charges of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental charges such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc.(Payment to be made on the basis of calculated weight of structural tubular members as specified in relevent IS code in finished work. Galvanized corrugated iron sheet work (excluding the supporting frame work) fitted and fixed with 10 mm. dia J or L hook-bolts, limpet and bitumen washers and putty complete with 150 mm. end lap and one corrugaion minimum side lap. ( payment to be made on area of finished work). (GCI sheet to be supplied by contractor). .

Galvanised iron sheet ridging fitted with necessary bolt, screws, washers etc complete. (225 mm end lapping).

Galvanized iron sheet eaves gutter fitted and fixed with necessary 50 mm X 6 mm.M.S.flat bar clamps bent to design, bolts. Nuts, washers etc. complete. Eaves gutter made of 0.63 mm. sheets.(300mm End lapping).
