Supply and fixing XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, of following cross section area complete all as specified and directed.:

(a) 10 sq mm, 2 core

(b) 10 sq mm, 4 core

(c) 16 sq mm, 4 core

(d) 25 sq mm, 3.5 core

(e) 35 sq mm, 3.5 core

(f) 50 sq mm, 3.5 core

(g) 70 sq mm, 3.5 core

(h) 120 sq mm, 3.5 core

(j) 150 sq mm, 3.5 core

(k) 185 sq mm, 3.5 core

(l) 240 sq mm, 3.5 core

(m) 300 sq mm, 3.5 core

(n) 400 sq mm, 3.5 core

Note: (1) Disturbed wall surface/ ceiling /tiles etc and other defects due to laying of cable should be rectified under above items quoted rate. (2) cost towards rectification of roads/ external tiles or stones if defected during laying of cable/excavation etc. deemed to be quoted in above items

Excavation in trenches in hard and dense soil n exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of pipe,foundation for poles, stay, laying cables etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand cushioning of cables provided with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm depth after punning down and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying common burnt clay building bricks sub class ‘B’ bricks old size as mechanical protection to underground cables laying across the cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI pipe light grade galvanized with all fittings laid in trenches or fix on wall for cable protection of the following sizes complete all as specified and directed.

(a) Size 150 mm bore

(b) Size 80 mm bore

(c) size 50 mm bore

(d) size 25 mm bore (for PCC pole) Note for item no. 7 (ser item no 7.01 to 7.03) :Cost towards Fittings/fixtures i.e. clamps,nuts, bolts,sockets for fixing/laying on trenches,pole,road passing etc. are deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Note for item No 9 to 21: 1.The manufacturer of board / panel shall submit a copy of type test report of a board made out of Polycarbonate thermoplastic panel in accordance with IEC 60 439-1 and IEC 61 439-2 for power switchgear and control gear assembly.The contractor must be submitted routine test certificate from manufacturer/principal company in accordance with IEC 60 439-1. The type test report as per CPRI (in accordance with IEC 60 439-1) should consist with following: i) Degree of protection of system ii) Temperature Rise Limit iii) Dielectric Properties iv) Short Circuit Withstand Strength v) Effectiveness of protective circuit vi) Clearance and creepage distance vii) Mechanical Operation 2. For better safety the Polycarbonate encl shall be fire retardant & self-extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60 695-2-1,DIN VDE 0304 Part 3, UL Subject 94 for Flammability V-2. It should be tested at Glow Wire test for 960 deg. Cent.3. The impact strength of polycarbonate enclosures / boards i.e. the Degree of Protection against Mechanical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298-98 for IK 08. 4. The board manufacturer must submit the copy of type test reports for Polycarbonate Thermoplastic Board only. Test Reports submitted of other material of construction like MS, SS will not be applicable. 5.The quoted rate includes the excavation, earth work and required base for fixing the complete panel , complete all as specified and directed. 6. Feeder pillar shall be mounted on angle iron as required as directed by Engr in charge. 7. Danger Notice display/board appended on panel on front side with indication of incomers/ outgoing shall be provided. 8. Panel should consist of dew guards.

M & L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60X60cmxX6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised strip 25x4mm by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers ,earth pit surrounded by picked layer of coal dust and 15 mm thick mixture in equal ratio of magnesium sulphate & copper sulphate in all around bottom and top and watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium grade with funnel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part 1 and connecting to earthing test point,including CI cover, frame and PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in earthing pit with CI cover and framing including necessary earth work etc. , complete all as specified and directed including testing on completion. Note : PCC Chamber shall be constructed atleast one metre away from building shall be provided in slanting manner.

Dismantling of unserviceable worn out/weathered/damaged ACSR conductor, service feeder of any size from pole after disconnecting of jumpers and insulator bindings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing thermoplastic polycarbonate weather proof cable junction boxes IP 66/67 aluminium bus bar of capacity 63 amps 04 Nos with 02 Nos MS clamps of flat 40x6mm suitable size complete with nuts and bolts making connection with cable and including thimbles at suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of display board of layout of electrical diagram of LT distribution system as provided by Engineer-in-charge made out of white PVC sheet of size 2m x1m including GI angle frame and GI sheet to cover the frame and fixing of 2 Nos LED tube light fitting 20 watts connecting to supply to the frame complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fabrication of protection gate for cattles of transformer/VCB/Stablizer rooms of Substation etc as required cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding,bending, cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size and including of one coat of primer and one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dismantling of stay assembly complete including all accessories i.e bow assembly,loop insulator, foundation plate and GI wire complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dismantling of GI bracket, GI channel complete including all accessories i.e clamps, nuts, bolts and washers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking down existing PCC poles from site and keeping them in safe custody for taking of schedule of credit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and erect Steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9 metres long) with 300mmx300mmx6mm MS Base plate continously welded to pole, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws all as specified including two coats of black bituminous paint internally throughout and externally for embedded portion & two coats of aluminium paint over coat of red oxide primer on exposed surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation/earthwork in any type of soil/strata ,PCC in foundation , plinth block etc. shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Cement concrete in foundations,filling and mass concrete, type D2 PCC 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Cement concrete in foundations,filling and mass concrete,type C2 PCC 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Cement concrete in foundations,filling and mass concrete, type B2 PCC 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for taking down Pin/shackle type insulator from existing LT poles and keeping in safe custody for taking of schedule of credit complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for disconnecting existing street light fitting from overhead and connecting through underground cable including all fittings and fixture complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Taking down existing street light deemed to be considered in quoted rates ,if required

M&L for taking down existing LT cable from pole to various buildings as service connection of size 10 Sqmm 2 core and keep in safe custody for Sch of credit including making good the disturbed surfaces of road/path/hard standing etc. using suitable materials complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down existing LT cable from pole to various buildings as service connection of size 16/25/50 Sqmm 4/3.5 core and keep in safe custody for Sch of credit including making good the disturbed surfaces of road/path/hard standing etc. using suitable materials complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down existing GI pipe for support of LT cable from poles and various buildings as service connection of size 50 mm to 80 and keep in safe custody for Sch of credit including making good the disturbed surfaces of road/path/hard standing etc. using suitable materials complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing three core flexible copper conductor cable of size 2.5 Sqmm from junction box to LED street light connecting up with complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft and loose soil n exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of pipe,foundation for poles, stay, laying cables etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Boring of holes under road pavement, hard standing for GI Pipe upto 150 mm bore for passing through UG Cable( in road crossing) complete all as specified and directed.
