Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work up to plinth level. 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size). Nallah Stone.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and sturts, etc. up to floor five level excluding cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centenng. shuttering, finishing and reinforcement- All work upto plinth level. 1:2.4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing and fixing of colourful ready mate PVC ceiling with all necessary requirement and under the supervision of site engineering with complete job

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes channels, plates etc.including welding ,grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete,i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories and stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc. of required size on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed tiles conforming to IS :·13753 of minimum thickness 5 mm of approved make like NITCO, ORIENT, SOMANY KAJARIA, or equivalent make in all colour, shades except begundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineering In Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of Cement Mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry@ 3.3 kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete

Providing and fixing gang saw cut mirror polished (pre moulded and pre polished), machine cut for kitchen platform, vanity counters window sills facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing moulding and polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Providing and fixing Salem Stainless Steel A lSI 304 (18/8) kitchen sink as per I.S. 13983 with C.l. brackets and stainless steel plug 40 mm including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required: Kitchen sink with drain 470x420mm bowl depth 178mm

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, and clerestory windows using 10kg/sqm (4mm thick) float glass panes including lSI marked M.S. pressed butt·hinf!eS bright finished of required size with necessary 35 30 screws. second class Kail wood

Providing and fixing wooden shelf almirah 19 mm plywood including cost of plywood , nails and handle etc all complete job

Providing and fixing of sunmica laminated sheet ,thickness 1.5mm including cost of sunmica all complete job

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 1.67 litre/1 Osqm over and including base Coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20kg/1 Osqm)

Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work

Providing and fixing PPR pipes SDR 7.4 UV stabilized and anti- microbial fusion welded having thermal stability welded .including Bend, TEE, socket, all fixing and requirement as per the direction of site engineer in charge .

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank lSI : 12701 marked indicating the BIS License No. with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank [Sintex, Electroplast, Star, Lotus or equivalent having valid lSI license].
